The hotel is located on a noisy street so you can hear traffic everywhere outside. You can't hear cars at night with the windows closed, but relaxing by the pool is difficult. Although the room is large, it lacks equipment. It's basically empty and you can dance in it. Even though there is a kitchen in the room, there is no table with chairs to eat a meal. During lunch on the terrace it's too hot to eat there.

Large rooms with an additional terrace. You can also pay extra to have access to the kitchen in the room. An intimate area with a garden and a swimming pool. Beautiful view of the lake. Tasty and interesting breakfast served on the terrace with a view. Vegetables, cheeses, fresh fruit and friendly service. Everywhere is clean and the facilities are well maintained.

No on-site restaurant which meant having to walk into town / the promenade (20 min walk) to get a meal if you had no car. Sometimes we had been out in the day and wanted to just chill. Whilst fine for us - there are a LOT of steps and a big hill to walk up to get to the hotel if you didn’t hire a car. Not great for those who are elderly or who require special assistance. Taxes must be paid in cash. On our last day we wanted to sit at the pool after check out and were told by Alessandra that there was a 20 Euro charge per person. We thought that was a bit cheeky given we had spent a week there and spect a fair bit of money. Nearest ATM is 20 minutes away - we only note this as the buses only take cash.

The apartment was lovely - bright and airy and very comfortable bed. Lovely balcony and the pool was great and super clean. Also we had great views of the lake. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the property to take you into Salo.

It was on the man road, so while you are laying next to the pool you are heading cars passing. Not the most relaxing thing if you intend to rest next to the pool.

The staff was amazing, truly 5* customer service. The design of the room and hotel was beautiful and breakfast was great.

I loved the view from the terrace where breakfast is served and the view from the terrace of our room. The rooms are in italian old-school style and the bed is huge and looks like a king’s bed. The breakfast is very good, the staff is friendly and helpful. I love the location, the fact that is placed on a hill and you have a great view over the lake and Isola de Garda. Would come again (it’s my second stay at this hotel).

The worse thing about the property was that you couldn’t get any food at all in the evening and it was quite a walk into the centre
