The air conditioning in the room did not work and it was very hot, we had to keep the windows open to refresh and unfortunately we spent two nights with the mosquitoes and it was very uncomfortable.

The location is wonderful, it allowed us to visit all the points we wanted with a maximum of 10 minutes away. Easy to get in and out. Well-planned and comfortable rooms

Room size, cleanliness, and location are very good. Taking the sea taxi is a convenient way to reach the hotel which is on the canal. The lady responsible for the breakfast room was also very nice. We enjoyed the size and design of the room, my children also loved the second-floor option. Breakfast options were acceptable for the price.

No a/c til May which was fine but we tried to turn it on and got heat . Open windows meant lots of mosquito bites overnight (that’s Venice) not the hotel’s fault just wish we knew before touching the remote.

Near boat and two stops from St Marks and walkable. Staff was excellent and held bags after check out. Elevator a plus!

It was hard to find the place at first, Google Map is a bit tricky on this. Contact the hotel for instructions. In the room, there are 4 single beds, so they make double by moving those, and you feel the gap. I was hoping to have a double bed upstairs, but it was so tiny area, that it was not possible to fit, I never used that area at all, unfortunately. Please evaluate an option to change the design of bedsheets. You always end up waking up with sheets and blankets separately.

The location is amazing, you can reach anywhere you like. In the room large mirror ( so you can make sure you look great) :D Clean, tidy, spacious. It was definitely worth taking the breakfast at the hotel. I do recommend.

There was a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning from many different sources. It sounded as if there was construction every morning. The walls were thin, so I was able to hear every single thing that other guests were saying and doing. Any conversation going on in the nearby alleyway was able to be heard as well. The staff also did not speak great English, so communication was difficult. The location isn’t the best, but isn’t the worst.

The location was a bit of a walk to the Center (10mins) but we’re in Venice so it has to be expected that you’ll do a lot of walking

There's not much not to like honestly. It's value for money.

It's a perfect cozy little hotel for a short stay in Venice. It's easy to get to and get around to the main attractions of the city. The staff speaks both French and English, so that's a great advantage.

We have a problem with a flea, maybe will be good to check a little the bed cleaning, but we are not sure that was already in the hotel as everything else was clean. Maybe we pick it up in the middle of the crowd.

The hotel is in a very central and beautiful area in front of the Academia. The bed was comfortable, the sight from the window was a gorgeous interior garden, Very comfortable furniture, the toilet was nice and clean. We just have a problem with a flea that was bothering my mother, we didn't understand from where as everything looks clean, but everything else was great. The breakfast was abundant and delicious and coffee maybe small but you can take as much as you wish. I totally recommend this hotel. It is a great experience inside of Venezia.
