Primary downside here I noticed is the strong sewage smell in the room. This is apparently not uncommon in Rome, but I was a little surprised at first. Also, with its proximity to a popular street and intersection, there are tons of restaurants and shops right below--all of which project noise upwards towards the windows even at night. I was exhausted so I slept like a baby, but the street noise is noticeable. Room photo was taken AFTER I slept in the bed, so I promise it was made much more neatly than this!

This is one of the best locations in Rome! So walkable to everything you want to see in the historic center. Just a quick walk over to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. I left the hotel around 7am to see the Colosseum and it was not crowded on the sidewalks or at the attractions. Only a few people around! Busy block and street, but SO historic and convenient. When I stayed here, it was very comfortable and the area was not too congested (even in summer). It's away from the chaos and noise of the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon, but still easily accessible to these attractions.

Was a little hard to find on the first day as there is no sign outside the building.

Well-located near the colosseum and lots of restaurants and cafes. Colosseum metro station is close by. Comfy bed and good shower. Good air con in the room.

It was very cute, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom was great; awesome shower, the room had a coffee machine and bottles of water that got restocked upon a tidy up, the a/c worked really well and the tv had netflix/streaming services. The location was fantastic, 7 minute walk to the Colosseum and 16 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The road it was on had multiple restaurants and cafes, a mini market and a few bars. I appreciated the multiple coded locks as well, it made me feel safe; they were also easy to use. The place has a working elevator too, convenient if you have luggage. The owner was super friendly and responsive answering any questions I had. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for a great stay :)

We stayed in a family room for one night during our trip to Rome. Although there were no photos of the actual room on the Booking website, we were pleasantly surprised - the room was clean, modern, and well-equipped. It featured one double bed and a bunk bed, which was perfect for our family. The linens and towels were fresh, and we appreciated having a coffee machine and kettle available. Since we were traveling with kids, we ran out of sugar quickly, but that’s just a small note rather than a complaint. The bathroom was also clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The instructions for finding the room were clear and helpful, with both photos and a video guide. We only met the staff upon check-out, but everything was well-prepared in advance. The location is excellent - central and lively, yet the room was very quiet despite the busy street outside. The only suggestion would be- to contact guests within 24 hours after booking, so they can feel confident that everything is in order. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect location. Love that it's so close to the Colosseum. The shower is great. The family room is not spacious enough for 4 suitcases but still served us well for our last night in Italy.

Only missing thing was to have icebox where to put some cold drinks.

The best location you could have for that value. Coliseum was just around the corner (3min of walk). All kind of retaurants all around. Basicaly you able to reach all historical spots in no time. The view from the room was only on neigbor roof. But in our case it wasnt the important as most of the time we spend walking around in early morning and evenings when sun was on horisont and dooring the mid day we need where to cool down from hot sun :)
