Close to pisa tower, friendly staff, big and clean room, comfortable beds

Room & bathroom are small if you don’t mind, hallways and elevator are small as well,,, No one was available early for check out so we dropped our keys at the desk and left.

Location is PERFECT! Literally 3 minutes walk from Pisa tower and other main attractions,,, Meta at the reception was such a nice, friendly man, we appreciate him… Room and bed sheets were clean, generally the room was well maintained and not old! Also there are many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets right down the hotel so it is all accessible within reach,,, Hotel offers great value for it’s price…

This stay exceeded our expectations.

The staff was amazing, they were friendly, helpful and professional. They guided us to parkinglots and good resturants.The rooms were clean, spacious and exceeded our expectations. The location was very close to the leaning tower and the cathedral as well as the shopping district on the other side of the river. This stay was worth every penny.

The room is a bit small and the building is quite old so it might seem a bit pricey but I guess it's the location.

The hotel has a perfect location on the main street, a few steps from the Leaning Tower and Campo dei Miracoli. The staff is very, very friendly and helpful. There was everything that you need in the room.

The only sort of negative is that if you are used to hanging out in a large room, these rooms aren't large. But if you like character and great value and are out for a lot of the day, they are perfect.

I have stayed here off and on for more than a decade, which says something. The staff and location are fabulous. I prefer a small boutique hotel and this fits the bill.

The person serving the coffee in the morning could have been a bit more friendly, looking a bit season tired. Self-service buffet type breakfast lacking of variety, especially vegan guests might be disappointed. If you have a room with windows overlooking the main street, you need to accept a certain noise level due to people eating and talking on the street until midnight and garbage collectors and delivery trucks from 7am onwards.

Location in the centre of town, easily reachable with public transport from the train station. Main entrance gives out on a car free street leading to the famous tower (150m from the hotel). Possible to take your breakfast on a terrace on the first floor with view on the tower. No restaurant in the building but plenty places to eat within 5 minutes walk. Clean room for 3 people and bathroom, both with enough space. Receptionist helpful, also in english.

Noisy Air Conditioning.,Couldn’t sleep with it on , had to use earplugs. Lighting in the room was awfully bright .

The doors and hotels were a little bit old.

Amazing location. Steps away from the Pisa tower. A lot of eating options. The staff was super friendly gave us a lot of eating and sightseeing recommendations. They had a lot of parking spots (for a daily fee you get a slot at the near public parking).

You can't beat the location. The street below was full of life, and the Leaning Tower of Pisa was steps away. The host was very friendly and responsive. We were very happy with out last minute booking and we were only there a couple of days. Just know the room is very basic. It was very clean and the location was perfect for us.

As Discussed with Damien, it would have been better to have had a shelf in the bathroom for all our cosmetics. Also I would have liked some bedside lamps.

Excellent position close to Pisa Tower and Duomo. Lots of nearby restaurants. The staff were helpful efficient beyond our expectations. I would recommend this hotel for a very nice stay in Pisa and would certainly return there.
