The property is perfectly situated in the heart of the Molna Di Bari. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, cafes and bars. The staff was extremely nice and could accommodate our needs. The cleaning services are above all other hotels we stayed recently. I would rate my stay at the hotel 5 stars.

Lovely place to stay, however no one told us when we arrived that the key to the room needed to left on the front desk when leaving for the day to have the unit cleared. No key , no room Cleaning!!!..nonsense

It was very windy and a loose pipe rattled all night. The room smelt of cigarettes even though the policy excludes smoking in rooms.

A very helpful gentleman on front desk explained an outrageous Autostrada charge we received after travelling on the A14. Very professional. Good typical Italian breakfast.

The location of the hotel is very good. Right on the sea front. 15 minutes walk down from the railway station. On the main Bari to Leece line. At first I was unsure weather to stay in Mola de Bari, but we are glad that we did. It's a small sea side town, with not too many tourists. It was busy with local celebrating the Saints of September festival, so the streets and central piazza were all lit up at night. The hotel staff we very efficient, the room and bed were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was included in the price of the room and was very good.

Breakfast was ok but is heavy on cake. Come on a few eggs wouldn't go amiss

Pet friendly. A nice place to visit. A real place where real people live. Not a soul less tourist village that closes for 5/6 of the year. The hotel is near to the sea. Wifi works. Room was clean and comfortable

The breakfast needs updating, not everybody can eat just cakes! The cold bar was not appetising nor the bread. Tea cups missing, only coffee cups.

Very friendly and helpful staff, a homely feel. Old hotel but charming and very well kept.

The bathroom was very small and the shower was tiny.

The location is perfect - the sea is over the street and also the old town and the promenade ir next to the hotel.

We did not get all the facilities we paid for. We didn't have a fridge in the room and the seaview was actually two high walls. I had to come down three times to ask for batteries for the remote control, towels (we only got towels for one person) and for the fridge in the hallway. The receptionist was unmotivated and uncooperative. Wi-fi not working.

The breakfast was pretty rich, five kinds of cake, ham, cheese, yogurt, coffee The room was clean.

shower was bad. Sprayer shot water all over. not enough shelf space for toiletries. Bed was hard and pillows too. Could have cleaned windows to balcony so we could see out better.

View was beautiful and we had a balcony that was nice. Location was walking distance into town and beach area.

The bathroom needed some maintenance done, but nothing that caused us major discontent whilst staying at the hotel.

The property was conveniently located close to the place of our meeting. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The room and bathroom were clean and there was a good selection of cakes, including savoury food, for breakfast. It's definetely good value for money.

Nothing could have been better considering the price!

First off I would like to say that I checked in very early, 8:00am. The staff was ready and willing to help out in any way! The breakfast was perfect, cakes, cheeses and the regular accompaniments in a Continental Breakfast. The beds were the best, the air conditioner was cold the parking was close and secure. Wifi was perfect

Breakfast was basically a selection of (sweet) cakes.

Public on-street parking available (in February). 24hr reception. Very easy to reach by car, from airport.

Friendly and very helpful staff, pleasant if smallish room with a small but functional bathroom. You are very close to the centre of town which is stunning and very close to a host of restaurants and bars all which stay open till all hours. The fishing boat harbour, fish market and fish restaurants are a 5 minute walk. Mola di Bari is a delightful town and well worth a visit and the hotel is an ideal base. The very Italian breakfast of hot cappuccino, croissants and cake set us up for a day of sightseeing.

Only downside is that the hotel smells of smoke - assuming there are rooms and areas in the hotel where people are allowed to smoke, but other than than, no complaints!

Not sure why people complain about this hotel as you really get what you pay for (and more)! Breakfast was great!
