On minor thing, the shampoo was not nice for my hair.

The staff made our stay very pleasant, always kind and helpfull. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was a buffet where you always could find something you like.

Overall, the hotel experience was great. However, I have noticed that there might be some challenges for individuals with disabilities or those carrying large suitcases when it comes to moving around the premises.

The staff at the hotel was super friendly and always helped us with great recommendations during breakfast. Thanks to their advice, we managed to have a fantastic day and hit up the best restaurants in the area.

Great experience! The hotel is perfectly located close to all tourist sites. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, a curious thing to be in the center of Rome. Very complete breakfast. I want to highlight the kindness of the staff who make your stay very pleasant. If I return to Rome I would like to stay there again

If there is something to criticize, there was an heavy smell in the room, I wasn’t able to figure out what exactly it was, but it was so strong and the air quality suffered because of it.

Perfect location for a trip to Rome. The rooms have been small but had everything u need for a fair price when it comes to Rome. The staff have been friendly and helpful all the time.

A really excellent hotel! It had everything that you need. Very clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast and very quiet despite our worries being in the center of Rome. The rooms are looking towards an inner courtyard so it is rather quiet. Only slight noise in the morning around 7:00 when they prepare the breakfast but not too much. They try to be quiet. Exceptionally kind staff! The location is excellent and seemed safe. 7 min walk from metro station and 10 min to Trevi.

Overall it was great! On the first day it was slightly difficult to find, as we arrived in the evening but the restaurant below kindly pointed out the entrance we’d missed previously.

Such a great location! Only a short walk to Colosseum and Trevi Fountain amongst other Rome attractions. The staff were all incredibly friendly offering advice and a warm welcome.

The blanket that was on the bed was itchy and left a lot of hair on the sheets. The room was not very clean, I would say 6/10. There was some hair in the shower and near the sink.

The hotel service was at the highest level, very nice staff. There weren't enough options for breakfast, but everything was tasty and sufficient. Coffee was delicious.

The room was smaller and darker than the pictures made it look like. The hotel is in an old building: beautiful, but that also means that sound insulation is not great - I would recommend bringing some earplugs if you have trouble sleeping with different noises.

Excellent location, just by via Nazionale. 10 minutes walk to either Termini Central Station and Cavour Metro station. The Colosseum is also a short walk away. We loved the breakfast as well as the staff, who went the extra mile to ensure we'd get the food we could enjoy (I'm lactose intolerant so they got me lactose free alternatives). The cleanliness also deserves a mention :)
