You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaThe property does not deserve to be called a hotel. During my entire stay, the room was never cleaned, and the towels were never replaced. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, there was dust everywhere, the decor was tacky and falling apart, and the place was full of mosquitoes. Hygiene was extremely poor. There was no refrigerator and no glasses provided. Breakfast consisted only of sweets, with nothing savory available. The swimming pool was very dirty and poorly maintained. On weekends, there were parties, and it was extremely noisy. Only one woman appeared to be doing all types of work in the hotel. The town and the surrounding region were terrible—resembling a refugee camp, full of trash and foul smells.

United KingdomThe hotel is located in a very unsafe area, and seems to be a whore house. Cannot leave the hotel grounds as it’s unsafe and very unwelcoming for a tourist. Avoid booking at all costs.

Very friendly happy relaxed Hosts. We ate in the open air restaurant by the pool and food was delicious. Very graciously they put us on ground floor due to my cousin having walking difficulties. They also helped her as required. Nothing was too much trouble. Even though we were checked out at 10.00 the next day they asked if we wanted to come back at lunchtime to eat which we did before making our return journey. Beds very comfortable. Very relaxed and happy stay. Breakfast was a little light, but overall it was lovely facilities and surroundings throughout hotel were lovely and scenic as the made it very pleasurable in the hotel grounds. Thankyou to our Hosts.
