I didn't realise there were shared bathrooms, but they were clean. It was hard to find as there was no clear signage at the entrance of the building.

No information on which floor to find b&b. Host didn’t speak English. Sign to respect silence for all guests but having noisy guests of the owner at night. Hairdryer did not work.

the staff speaked very bad english. and it wasnt a real breakfast, just 1 cookie in a plastic and a cup of espresso. Don't put a lot of emphasis on breakfast.

I booked a stay with this place because it had breakfast was included, which ended up being a cup of coffee. It was also not easy to find the B&B, I had to eventually call the number to get more precise directions.

The location was top, and the room was very comfortable. A big thank you to the staff and owner, he was extremely nice and very helpful.

Breakfast typed in the offer is prepared only for the first day. Also we had to pay 10€/ person more, which was not mentioned on booking.com So please be informed that you will spend additional money on breakfast which you will be buying by yourslef and on apartment renting. Guy from the apartment didnt know english- we were communicating by Google translator.

They tried to charge us the taxes separately upon arrival, we had to point out to them that this was already included as part of the amount already paid - showed booking.com. There was conjecture. I contacted host (as was not greeted by them) but got no response. Did not pay, disappointed that did the right thing but got no response. Lift was Out of Order, we were 7 flights up. Should of got some discount. 7 flights is a lot to climb when one is a tourist and already walking all day. Was offered free towels- ummmm no, they are already included in price.

Location to centre of town was great. Clean.

They lied that they had an AC. It was 40 degrees and it was impossible to stay there in that heat. The property manager was so rude and unhelpful. He confirm with me on WhatsApp that there was an ac but then when I arrived there wasn’t an ac. I had to book another place with different platform. Never I will use booking.com never ever!

There’s only two bathrooms so if the apt is full with other people there will be a long waiting.

It was very near the city centre where we really wanted to stay and it was only for a couple of nights, so it was good enough for us!

Ownership didn't speak English and was rude. When we reached the place i called him he yhelled something in italian and hung up on me.

The person in charge of check in was so rude, we traveled to relax not to be mistreated. The room was not ready and we had to wait when it was already the time for check in. It was not very clean and so uncomfortable that the bathroom was shared with 3 other rooms.

the manager/boss of this apartment works and lives with his wife next to my room. every morning around7－8am, there will be noise like hard thing drops on the table from them. also I recommend the tenants always lock your room, no matter you wash hands or pea, else the staff will visit your empty room quietly and place trash into your shoes. also the staff/boss will smoke in shared toilet randomly in morning ,eg.7am, if you don't like the smell pls avoid using toilet after smoking time. and staff/boss can pea without flushing afterwards, with urine on toilet cover,etc.

Was difficult to figure out how to enter the room. Did not receive much information for check in. Had to figure it out myself with the guy working in the building. Was not able to open the window roll :( A bit too expensive for the value, as entire Bologna is overpriced.

Close to the central station. Pretty spacious room. Bathrooms are shared but rather clean. They provide linen and shampoos/bath gel, which is cool.

The host did not pay city taxes and asked to pay cash (basically paying off the books and possibly not paying VAT, too). Even if we paid for our stay and we spent our night there as expected, the host marked the booking as a no-show.

Right in the city's center, perfect for a night's stay. TV has Netflix and that's a great treat. The shared restroom seems clean. The beds are slightly stiff but nothing major; overall the quality is great and I slept well.
