Very good location, one of the best breakfast I ever had in Roma. The hotel room was very clean, the clening staff and the reception was very helpful. I strongly reccommend this hotel to stay in Roma.

The air conditioning did not cool the room. Would not like to visit during the summer unless the air conditioning is improved.

The first night i had a room on the side of the road and i found the noise pretty loud. It did not stop overnight, as the road seems to be busy all the time, so my sleep was not good in that room. The hotel kindly changed my room for the rest of the stay and i was at the back of the hotel which was just great.

The breakfast was great. The lady who made you freshly squeezed juices was fabulous, as were the juices that were really tasty and as you wanted them. A good selection of yoghurts, fresh fruit, and hot food too. The location was also great, and it did not take long at all to walk to the main sights of Rome.

Slow small lift but ok! And there was building work which started at 745! I understand improvement need to be made but it was a bit to early when you are on holiday!

Location was excellent! Easy check in/out! Helpful staff gave us a map and suggestion where to go! Very deep bath! (Which was needed after all the walking!

The hotel feels a bit outdated, there was only one elevator working which caused long waiting times, there was a lot of noise in the room from the hallway and neighbouring rooms

The hotel is located in an excellent location with a walking distance from many attractions, restaurants and 'must see' spots. The room was nice and quiet with comfortable bed. We also got a small balcony which was an excellent add-on for catching fresh air in the lovely mornings. There was a wide range of delicious food served during breakfast with options of freshly squeezed smoothies for everybody. The service was excellent and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel really well placed, but not in the middle of the noise. Renovation are taking place at the moment. Breakfast was great, lots of delicious choices. Nice clean towels and room checked per day. Bed really comfortable..Behind the Hotel is a street with lots of restaurants! 200m from a metro station.

The hotel are passing by working/remodelations so sometimes it could get a little bit noisy in the morning, but it´s something that is pontual!

We definetely loved our stay at Palatino, the location its the best, near of metro and just in centre and near of the best things to see and explore. Breakfast is awesome as well, rooms are ok not the best and renewed furniture but really ok. Big thumps and thanks to Cristina from the Front Reception, as we had a minor noise problem with our room - 155 and Cristina took care of hit really immediately and prontly found us a solution, thank you Cristina once again from Roberto and Marisa room 155, hope to see you in future at Madeira Island! :) We recommend this hotel to guests who wants to explore the city and stay near of the main activities!

Hotel was clean but needed some modernisation. There was work going on from 8-6 which I wasn’t informed of before arrival. We were on the third floor but the sound from the road was still noisy.

Request a room away from the lift , it’s not bad but you hear it .could of asked to move I guess but we were only there 3 nights

Very Welcoming on arrival, all staff friendly .swift check in , advised official websites for sites with best price option .Staff very patience helping us book tickets as sites where very busy and kept freezing .breakfast is very nice and starts nice and early 6.30am which enables you to get to some attraction before the big queues. Rooms have a pillow menu. Turn down service and complimentary bottles of water is nice .

there is ongoing reconstruction in the hotel. nobody told us about it before. to check if everything is ok, the lady was opening the doors without knocking.
