Apartment is super cozy and spacious, with everything you need for comfortable stay. Polina was always quick and proactive in communication, we had all the instructions we needed for our arrival. Self-check in was really easy, but Polina was also available in case we would need her. Location is very nice, view is just amazing, terrase is huge and you can enjoy your time there (just be aware it is close to the road, but nothing too disrupting). Parking is in front of the apartment, which is convenient. You can make amazing trips to villages and mountains around. We really enjoyed our trip!

Unfortunately the boiler is not the best, therefore the isn't continuous warm water in the shower, it turns cold for a while.

The host was kind and very responsive. The apartment is nice, all amenities were provided and the view from the balcony is amazing! Apart from the air conditioning, there is a ceiling fan, which is very quiet.

Water pressure – you need to wait a bit for hot water. The bed was creaky. Slightly inconvenient, but the view from the window makes up for everything :)

My stay at the apartment was very enjoyable. The biggest highlight was the stunning view – every morning started off in an exceptionally pleasant way. The apartment itself was very comfortable and cozy.

Overall this was great, the bed was quite creaky with any rolling over though.

Great spot above Riva del Garda and just below Tenno. Nice bathroom and nicely furnished. parking spot out the front was handy.

The apartment was perfect, clean and new, the view from the windows is beautiful, and Pauliba's service is wonderful, always available, and responds immediately to any request. We loved the apartment and would like to come again.

Balcony access is from the bathroom and didn't look safe to us.

Great views, good kitchen, nice and comfy bed, fresh linen and towels, nice restaurants in a walking distance. The host was friendly and gave us good advice about the neighborhood. Great location.

Poor public transport. You have to take car everywhere you go so I could not enjoy aperitivo. Beware of mosquitoes.

We loved Cologna village with several local restaurants and spectacular view of Riva and Garda Lake. It is walking distance to Varone waterfalls and very close to Tenno, Canale and Tenno Lake. It is excellent spot to sightsee the north part of Garda Lake.

Very good location. Close to Malcesine, Punta Larici starting point, Lago Di Tenno 10min drive, and other view points. Beautiful view to Riva Del Garda and Lago Di Garda from apartment. Owner Polina was very friendly and reply fast to questions. Apartment was clean and big enough for two. Would stay again, and recomend if travel with car.

I missed a tea towel or anything I could dry the dishes with. The apartment was really cold first two evenings. And the walls are a bit thin so you can hear everything. However, these are just trivialities. Overall, we were really satisfied with the apartment.

The apartment has amazing views. It's very modern, light and airy. The hostess was very kind and friendly and I really liked her ecological tendencies. We also arrived earlier than expected and it was not a problem. We could leave the car at the parking spot and in 15 minutes the apartment was ready.

if you book this apartment, bring your coffee with you. They put coffee macin without capsules, and you need to buy a pack for your stay. Although they wrote they have coffee.

The flat had everything we needed, and it felt like we were the first to use it.

Beautiful, clean, modern apartment. Everything was perfect. Probably without a car wouldn't be possible, as it's too far from bigger towns and visited places but this is the reason of an amazing view we had! Thanks again!

We loved the stay, I could just recommend having some shelves in the showers instead of having everything on the floor. Specially with kids that makes life much easier :D

Paulina was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. She gave us indications of where to go for dinner and the surrounding areas.
