The sleeping conditions were not optimal as you could easily hear other guests, the pillows were very thin and the heating could not be adjusted - it was too hot.

Good value for money. The apartment was small, but with a well equipped kitchen. The hotel is 10 minutes away from ski lift by walking, but there is also a ski bus stop just in front of it. The spa area with sauna and pool was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes.

We could hear noises from the other guests. Unfortunately there wasn’t daily cleaning in the room. The restaurant was closed.

The Aparthotel Princess is close to Alba Ciampac cable car, only 8 minutes by foot. There was also a bus but we didn’t use it. The hotel had everything that we needed. The spa/wellness area it is small but it is enjoyable. The value for money was good.

The room was spacious and very clean, hotel is quite OK. There is nothing in the kitchen, not even salt. The hotel does not have breakfast, which is missing if you are traveling only for one weekend and you didn't pack the food with you. There is no restaurants very close, only 10 min walk.

The bunk beds were not as comfortable .Also the hotel has washing machine facilities at a reasonable price but their dryer was out of order.

Clean, well-equipped small apartment, minutes from Canazei and therefore a very reasonable and beautiful drive to many recommended mountains and points of interest. We were three adults and found the apartment large enough, while not spacious. The kitchen is very small with full cooking facilities but no microwave or coffee machine. The queen bed was comfortable. Also, there are hot drinks and water and snack machines in the lobby, reasonably priced. The receptionist was very nice and helpful (take note that front desk hours are limited). Our summary is that it was very good value for money.

there are no cooking essentials - oil, sugar, salt and pepper. although people buy them and leave them for the next people, the hotel removes everything from the rooms, which is completely unnecessary…

wifi was working great in the room!!! location is superb! - it is in walking distance to the Alba-Ciampac lift and there is an amazing walking path along the river to Canazei. room was big enough for two people the spa was wonderful - 2 saunas and a steam-bath. swimming pool was great - warm at 29C there are 2 BBQs and everything needed to operate them including coal supplied by the hotel. kitchen had everything in terms of utensils (no microwave and oven) but there is everything needed to warm milk for the coffee and to cook on the stove. the terrace is lovely and the view is just outstanding.

Very tight accommodation, small kitchenette, everything was a bit cramped for 2 adults and 2 children 12 & 14. But it all worked from a value for money point of view.
