Even though our room was beautiful, it had only one window right next to the hotel entrance, on the ground floor, which was not great for leaving the window open at night. The shower and toilet was connected to the bedroom with a glass window, which made it impossible to use the toilet at night without awaking the partner. I’m wondering who came up with this idea…

Beautiful rooms, nice furniture and smell, seemingly all new, good beds, close to the city center. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, who communicated in fluent English and of course Italian, we did not try other languages. The breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection of foods.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel was very cozy and warm. Elisa and Matteo went the extra mile to make our stay memorable, despite the less than ideal weather. They were very kind and helpful in providing advice on hiking, buying cable car tickets and everything else. Everything was impeccaby clean; lots of wood in the room and a really comfortable bed. Thanks for making our stay so memorable.

Perfect location. Ski lifts are just behind the hotel and it is very short walking distance to the center. Breakfast was very satisfying. It is a family owned hotel and they work there too. All of them were great, smiling, positive... The room we stayed was lovely, newly decorated, had a balcony with a view. Perfect for a family of a three like us. If we ever decide to ski at Madonna di campiglio again, we would definately stay at this hotel. Thank you for your kindness.

We had an amazing time during our stay at this hotel. The ambiance of the hotel was so warm, cozy and inviting. The hotel was beyond all our expectations. We reserved the Junior Suite with terrace and went there as a family of 3 adults. The room had plenty of space, was very nicely-decorated and had a big terrace. The Pradalago ski lift was only a short distance away, making the location ideal. Elisa and Matteo went extra mile to make sure we had an unforgettable stay; they were incredibly kind and accommodating. The ski storage facilities and boot heater in the lockers were first-rate. We will definitely come again. Strongly advised!

I can't fault the property at all. I would have loved a spa to soak in after a long day of hiking, but we were so happy here regardless.

This was the most wonderful accomodation from our whole overseas trip. The family suite was very spacious for the three of us, the beds really comfortable, the views from the room were fantastic. The rooms were impeccably clean, bedding was good quality and so good after a long day of hiking. The hosts (Matteo and Elise) were very friendly and helpful in providing advise on hikes, getting lift tickets, places to eat dinner. The breakfast was very good - freshly baked quality bakery items and fresh continental breakfast with everything prepared with care. And fresh coffee (quite rare in parts of Europe). This place was truly fantastic - if we are back in the Dolomites we will definitely be back at Hotel Sportivo. Thanks for making our stay so memorable.

Wow! What a beautiful lodge. We were warmly welcomed by Mateo and Elisa and shown our room. Every detail was beautifully thought out, lots of space for luggage and plenty of room for hanging clothes/coats/etc. The bathroom was spacious with a waterfall shower and the beds and linens were very comfortable and fresh! The temperature was controllable from the room and there were plenty of options on the TV. We also had a balcony where we enjoyed the sunshine in the afternoon. Many restaurants within walking distance and two grocery stores close for things you might need. Breakfast at the lodge was delicious and plenty. There is also storage for ski equipment in lockers assigned to your room. Will be back!

Nothing, the hotel was perfect as well as the ski pistes.

Location of the hotel was great. Only 50 meters walk to the nearest ski lift which can get you anywhere because all pistes are connected. The hotel personnel was so friendly and helpful. We loved how they learned our first names so fast. We really felt at home.

Gorgeous little hotel with Matteo and his family making everyone super comfortable. Great location, beds, facilities. Everything was sparkling clean (room cleaning was done even though we only stayed for two nights). Staff were very responsive and helped with everything we needed. They also gave us great recommendations for hikes and restaurants

The bedroom was a bit small

Fantastic location right near the ski lift and also very close to the main area in town. Breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean. The staff were fantastic and always available to help, provided recommendations for dinner and advice re skiing. We had a fantastic time and recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel is in an excellent location - very close to the lift. Our room had more storage space than we have ever had at a ski resort - excellent. The hotel was very clean. Matteau and Elise were exceptional hosts and could not have been more helpful - with advice on where to eat in town and on the slopes and reserved a table for us in a different restaurant every night.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff were so helpful. I did not get the receptionist’s name but he took time to advise our group on hiking and climbing routes. I would definitely stay here again.
