WiFi was very weak/non-existent in our room.

The only thing that was a bit problematic is wifi, that actually only works well in comon areas/restaurant area.

Very nice, family b&b. Location is convinient, few minutes to bus stop that goes around the island or to the city center of Casamicciola Terme and the beach. Nice, italian style breakfest with amazing tarrace and sea view. Helpful stuff. Clean and convenient room. And swiming pool!

The furnitures were really old which i dont mind. But also the building i guess because it was really noisy at the night, either from the room next or up it was coming as if there is no wall in between. Noise isolation should be improved. There is also no seperator between the balkonies of the rooms. I wanted to sit in the evening and a there was a naked man in the other balkony... Just weird

There is a discount to the beach which i liked and found useful as solo traveller. The location was in between two ferry ports. Breakfast was ok, some salty and sweet options but very basic.

Location is somewhat more remote than expected, but well served by (poor quality) municipal bus network. Superb views, however.

The mattress and the pillows were quiet hard but that's maybe just an opinion of mine. The window glas to the balcony was quiet sensible for the wind in the night. It bothered me a few times in the night But maybe I just had bad luck with the side of the room for that night :))

The roof terrace was phenomenal The personal was very nice.

The territory of the hotel I quite big compared to the pictures. The water in the pool is warm. Great view from the roof terrace. Nice and supportive staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great view and big balcony. Good breakfast- fruits, fresh bread, good coffee. Location- next to the bus-stop, easy walk to the quiet beach.

The rooms (bathrooms) and pool area could use some refreshing. 2/3 days we only had cold water for showering. It seemed that someone before us had smoked in the room, we felt very strong smell, but luckily it faded by the second day.

Amazing view from the balcony, close to the port and bus stop, good breakfast (crossaints, toast, ham, cheese, fried eggs, cake, yoghurt, fresh fruits, tomatoes). The hotel was very kind to change our dates, because of last minute change of plans. Child enjoyed the pool.

We had a room at the front of the building which was noisy during the night. Towels were a little threadbare

Room was very spacious, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was adequate and coffee delicious. We had dinner one night in the hotel which was very generous and extremely well priced.

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment unfortunately. Being in Italy I would expect fresh food, but the croissants were frozen and mine was still raw inside.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. The position is very convenient and the view is just amazing.

No fridge or kettle needs to be signs for evening stop people talking in corridor with unfair when sleeping just the few ignorant people

Room balcony pool breakfast very good a plentiful bus close by should be sandwiches to order when required by as wanted 25 euro for evening meal they could of made up a sandwich in 5 mins so had to go out to get something to eat. Would still stay there but these small things make all difference and would of given 10 otherwise

WiFi connection failed a lot. Although the staff have helped me with an amplifier, the problem continued... i could have WiFi or sometimes gsm network in my room. Sometimes hot Water failed specially during the night, dont know why. Still it is a good place to stay a couple of days

The breakfast was delicious, good variety of breads, cakes, cereal, fruit and cold or hot drinks. The hotel was well positioned off the main road, and walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. The pool area was spacious and clean and the island bus route passed right by the hotel with a convenient stop a few steps away.

There are lots of steps in and around the hotel. the breakfast was adequate & could have been more inspiring! Traffic noise, Italian use of horns & sirens were irritating.

Conveniently located to make use of the round the island buses. Also well placed for Casamicciola ferry port. The naturally heated pools were superb after a day of sight seeing!

When you arrive out of season its hard to find food near hotel. We arrived at 15.00 afternoon and have to walk like one hour to find something to eat!
