Even though I travelled alone, the room size was easily sufficient for two persons. Very clean, practical, safe (security passwords needed for the building entrance, the b&B entrance and the room entrance). Serena was available both in person at the reception and even through what's up at any time, for information, assistance and guidance on matters in relation to the room but also the city. I had some problems with my luggage and she helped me free of charge, she arranged for taxis etc. Always friendly and positive.

Amenities were basic, only gave 1 set for the whole stay. Same with the drinking water so you have to buy if you are staying longer. We had a slight problem w the bathroom bidet on one of the nights. Serena was kind enough to help when we reported and she called the plumber to check it the next day but thankfully my husband was able to fix it during the same night.

Clean and spacious. Good location on the outskirt of the town and outside the ztl too if you are driving. still walkable but give yourself maybe around 20 mins to get to the center. Serena was nice and helpful as well, gave us tips and advice in getting around too.

We booked it preferably because of the breakfast included. Once we booked the apartment we received an email that the breakfast is in some coffee shop near the apartment, 2 min by walk. Real life 10 min walk to the city center with the cappucino and one muffin included. You should really let the people know what breakfast included means to you before they have a chance to decide, not only after the booking and paying. Parking was also 15min walk with the suitcases.

Close to the city cinter, 10 min by walk. The receptionist was nice and helpful.

Serena, the lady of the house was famous, excellent. Everything was prepared and clean. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was like 5 minutes away from the accommodation and a bit poor for us but No problem. The parking is expensive but in a safe place underground parking place.

good location of the hotel (near the city center, around 1,5km). hotel facilities is also good: air-conditioning, safety deposit boxes, include free tea, electric kettle, mini fridge, change towels and clean rooms every day, the room is clean. good value for money. Hotel photos are true. the hotel smells delicious. at the reception will answer all questions and help.

The service was very good, the whatsapp account is very responsive and the receptionist helped us book taxis and find places when needed. The cleaners were also great and cleaned when requested. The rooms were very spacious and the area was great. Only a 20 minute walk from the Duomo, less on a scooter.

We only saw the receptionist on the morning of our last day. The listing said breakfast included but breakfast was not at the hotel, but rather we received vouchers for a caffe a few blocks away. We stayed three nights and only got breakfast on the last day when we were finally given our vouchers.

The hotel was located in an area that was very walkable for the city. It is a small “boutique” style hotel, with just a few rooms, but the rooms are newly renovated and very spacious. It was very easy to access the building and our room with a code. We didn’t have much in terms of outside sounds, other than the swallows that love to sing in the morning. We were not disturbed by other guests. There is a small outdoor area near the lobby with patio tables and chairs for smoking.

The room was very small and tight, same for the the lift, same for the doors. For the included breakfast, you get a coupon for a nearby restaurant. The restaurant itself is not very good.

The location is good, close to the city centre but not too close with nice restaurants within a walking distance. The room had a nice modren TV with ambient light. The room was clean.

The breakfast is vouchers to Gran Caffe San Marco, it's about 500m walking distance. Next time, we would prefer breakfast directly in the hotel/B&B and not to move somewhere else.

Good location, very close to the parking lot and in walking distance to the center of Florence. Non-working wifi was fixed quickly. Smart TV - we could connect to our Netflix / Disney+ / Spotify easily (from a phone on the same wifi) and listen our music in the mornings or watching tv shows in the evenings.

The room was quite large and opened up to an alleyway, so it was not noisy at all. There was an elevator to reach the first floor. The code system to get into the hotel was very convenient and easy to use.

bad “view” from the window (on some ugly communications in a closed space between walls) and hence no fresh air; A/C near the bed so it cannot be used overnight; can hear of noises through the door (our neighbors were loud); no staff on the property; incomplete self check-in instructions; no breakfast or vouchers or other any info re breakfast (the breakfast was included when I booked the property). All above would be fine if the price were no more than 120 Euros per night but paying circa 200 Euro per night for this…
