Stairwell and entrance to hotel doesn’t give you a great 1st impression.

Proximity and central to all main tourist attractions. Lots of excellent restaurants all around nearby streets. Elevator for getting suitcases up 3 floors (tiny but effective). Room was clean and spacious for a family of 4.

The walls were a bit thin and we could hear the room next to us quite loudly, which was difficult late at night when trying to rest.

Centrally located to all the main sites of Rome. The staff were friendly at all interactions and allowed an early check in to get relief from the heatwave. Rooms were comfortable with a lovely little balcony.

Maybe the elevator. We understand, it was added to an existing, old building. But it’s very small (two people and their luggage barely fit), it’s hot inside. It’s slow. And can’t handle all the traffic, that’s needed. Doesn’t help, that rooms are in five floors and basically have to walk six floors up a few times a week.

The central location was awesome. All major sights easily on a walking distance. Cheap breakfast, even if repetitive. Very quiet rooms. Rooms very clean and cleaning staff very friendly.

There is ongoing construction work in the same building. All rooms facing the inner side of the property overlook a covered parking garage where construction workers operate every day. Starting at 7:00 a.m. each morning, they use power drills, hammers, and other heavy equipment directly below the rooms. The noise is extremely loud and makes it impossible to sleep beyond that time. Guests are woken up abruptly every morning by drilling, hammering, breaking concrete, and other construction activities. This disturbance significantly affects the comfort and quality of the stay. Unfortunately, this issue was not clearly communicated in advance and should be disclosed to future guests.

Very clean, superb location, you don’t need to use a metro it’s close to everything,very friendly staff. Breakfast very simple, but cheap only 10 eur per person.

We had to ask to have the air conditioning set to a cooler temperature. We had to leave for the airport at 7:00 so we could not get coffee or breakfast at the Cafe because they were not open.
