Central, very large accomodation. Ground floor. Well equipped kitchen. Daily local market nearby.

No external ventilation. Sensitive plumbing, had to put toilet paper in the bin.

Cozy appartment with al amenities you may need for comfort stay. Great location - 50m fresh market, 300m to the main street. Restaraunts and small shops around. Friendly host, quiet neigborhood.

Location was great. Very comfortable and spacious apartment.

We stayed for 5 nights so would have liked a kettle so that we could make a cup of tea. A change of towels provided and clear instructions for the washing machine.

The property is immaculate, has all the amenities and more! Coffee machine, netflix, laundry room, hairdryer, large fridge…. Less than 10 minute walk to city centre, 3 supermarkets nearby within 10 minute walking distance..

Spacious

Host is completely inappropriate and rude. He started threatening me and extorting me because I didn't wash the dishes. In all my days of travelling and using booking.com and airbnb I have NEVER experienced this before. Host proceeded to ILLEGALLY CHARGE MY CARD after departure without consent or without any kind of policy. Nothing was damaged, host is corrupt and rude.

Everything. This is a property that truly deserves its name. It’s very spacious and in includes your own outside mini courtyard! I took showers just to enjoy the disco lighting! Spotlessly clean, very quiet and the location could not be better two steps away from one of the city’s Main Street food market and walking distance from all the best eating places in Catania! Gianpaolo is an exceptionally caring host who really does his best to make the place welcoming. If I ever come back to Catania, I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was above my expectations. The place is exeptionally clean and comfortable. It has all you need to ensure a great stay. It is centrally located and close to most attractions and yet very quiet for a good night sleep. It has comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and very good internet wifi service. I would come back with pleasure.

It’s a lovely, comfortable apartment very close to all attractions of Catania. Check in was at 15.00 but the host showed understanding and brought me the apartment at 13.30.

Very close to the downtown Catania market, one block. Easy scooter ride to anything you need. Very secure. 

You need to turn the lights off with the key in order to unlock and lock the doors. Difficult to see at night. Just one window at the front of the property. It can be opened but it’s usually too humid for that. 

Didn’t offer breakfast , but there was a market close by, bakery and coffee

Beautiful, large apartment. Seperate bedroom, lounge/ kitchen, bathroom, laundry and small patio out the back. All very modern. Loved the large chandelier in the kitchen, fresco in the bedroom and coloured lights in the bathroom! Good washing machine and drying rack. Large fridge in the kitchen. 2 air-conditioners - worked well as it was hot when we were there. Very secure good solid door with lock and key lock the gate too. All on ground level. About 100 metres from great restaurant street called Via Santo Filomena, with lots of beautiful restaurants. Pizza Bar a few steps away. Lovely taverna about 50 metres away around the corner called Taverna dei Conti. 200 metres from Via Etna and about 10 minutes walk from Duomo. We were very lucky to find this apartment- we had booked another apartment who cancelled on us 10 days before arrival!! Lucky for us!!

The apartment and private courtyard were spectacular. Giampaolo is an excellent host, quick to respond and happy to be flexible. We would definitately stay again.

Only downside was just having one keycard (which is both key and used for powering the electricity). Hopefully a temporary blip.

The attention of Gianpaolo was great; the apartment is really well located and is totally equipped.

The mattress of both beds were super soft, so unfortunately we did not take a well deserved rest.
