Breakfast was very good. Staff were so nice and friendly. Our room had a balcony and a washing machine . Very good location, close to the train station. Self check in was quite easy. Would recommend this small hotel for everyone.

Beautiful location for a stay of a few days in la Spezia. Communication is via WhatsApp, which takes some getting used to. But you are helped extremely friendly. In this case by Delia. Location in the middle of the city, good base for excursions. For breakfast we got a delicious croissant with a real cappuccino, there is also a choice to take everything from the buffet.

This place is perfect, central, and very clean. It's basic but has everything you could ask for. The staff go above and beyond what you could ask for, nothing is too much trouble. I got sick on the day we were meant to check out and could not leave the room. They were amazing, making it possible for us to stay in the room until I was well enough to travel. It's does have 3 flights of stairs, which you will need to manhandle your cases up, but tbh the whole of La Spezia is very hilly with a lot of steps everywhere, so this is something to be expected. We will definitely stay there again.

Very central to station, shops, and restaurants. A nice little walk down to the ferries for Cinque Terre, etc. Very good accommodation. Nice and clean with , comfortable bed. Communication with the host was excellent. Breakfast was just right . There is nothing to criticise .

The room was very good but could have certainly done with better with facilities inside the room.

The service and the initial contact by Delia was amazing and everything went very smoothly including obtaining the key. Even request for for minor changes in breakfast was happily accommodated.

Wifi was patchy during our stay . Noise from upstairs & out in corridor loud when people arriving late or going super early- not great soundproofing.

Very close to train station (10 mins) & shops/restaurants/supermarket. Easy to use as a base for Cinque Terre visits. Breakfast good (delivered to room) and staff were lovely. Didn't worry us but quite a few steps up to room. Has fridge, coffee machine (no kettle) no plates/cutlery but table & chairs to eat breakfast. Room very clean but compact. Bed comfortable but also compact. Coded keyless entry for front gate & room works well. Our assistant responded fast to any queries we had. Thankyou.

We had to park on site in a garage that was very Small and narrow and we had great difficulty getting in with our vehicle. Stairs are many & very steep therefore Not good for people with Mobility issues.

Rooms were lovely Spacious Clean. breakfast was excellent Good selection of Pastries cheeses salami Cappuccino juice Served in our room on time. Staff we're extremely helpful In making Dinner reservations, Advising us how to get around town, Advising how to find the ferry, And bringing up our luggage with elevator. Excellent place to stay Close to downtown core With shops and restaurants.

all the steps! it is a beautiful property but I walk with a cane to going up and down stairs was a bit of a challenge. I guess I didn't see that on the booking information.

it was very easy to get information from Asia on what'sapp. questions were answered quickly and she was helpful with tourist information. the checking process went smoothly. everything was in walking distance. 10 min to the train station, 20 min to the port to catch a boat tour to Cinque Terra and local shopping and restaurants were about 15 to 20 min walk. the cleaning staff was also helpful. Dina and I would communicate using Google translate on our phones. we were allowed to put our luggage in a lock box on the patio hidden behind the landscape when we arrived before checkin time so that we didn't have to lug it around town with us.

Our room was a bit spartan with only a full bed…not king or queen. Only one pillow each when we are used to two. But it was a quiet and peaceful rest nevertheless. If you take American coffee with milk be sure to ask for milk otherwise it is delivered black.

Beautiful patio home on a quiet side street close to the center of town, the train station and the port. A pay parking garage is near the train station if the hosts only offer limited parking options. The room is quiet for sleeping which I appreciate greatly. Breakfast was delivered to the room and it was very nice. Host contact via What’s App is easy with fairly quick responses and good directions.

We had difficulty finding the place- the first address took us to their office. Then once we were redirected the room numbers were not evident on the outside building. The no staff element was a bit underwhelming. Everything on line via what’s app.
