This hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring Bergamo, although it is so clean and comfortable that you may not want to leave your room. Fabulous breakfast and staff - very professionally run.

The property was in a fantastic location and was so beautiful. Rita was a great and warm host and she served the best breakfast - the eggs specifically were fabulous! I’ve also never seen a cleaner bathroom, it was like brand new!

The staff were always happy to help and went of of their way to gain information about attractions we wanted to see and supplying a bottle of red wine for the room. Bathroom was lovely and they are currently trialling more sustainable toiletries which was really nice to see. The breakfast selection was great.

Brilliant location in the beautiful historic old town - no wonder it is Capital of Culture 2023 - it’s a very classy hotel - the rooms are superb - we had the Superior Double with a sofa bad and it was very spacious and comfortable for 3 adults. It’s walking distance to numerous restaurants/cafes/bars and a couple of minutes walk to the Funicolare which takes you down from Città Alta to Bergamo.

The staff is amazing! Very helpful and always ready to answer million questions you may have. Very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is stylish and has all the facilities you may need including my personal bonus - heating of the bathroom floors. We also travelled with a dog, they prepared a bowl and a dog treat upon arrival. Also huge that a to the cleaning staff!
