Decent hotel however not so spacious. The best part is the reception Ry and staff Anna are kind and very polite. If you are someone used to big hotels then this is one of those old boutique hotel with few facilities. You need to carry your luggage up 2 floors, there is no elevator so take note. Otherwise no complains.

The pictures on Booking.com don't truly represent the room. Namely, when you open the door of the room, you have a bed in front of you, just 50 centimeters from the entrance. It doesn't look like that in the pictures, you can't see the entrance next to the bed. Also, breakfast is really modest.

Location is in the centre, close to all main attractions - Colloseum, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi etc. Also there are few restaurants and a shop in the same street, just 1 minute walking.

The facilities could be improved easily. The bathroom functionality poor.

Minor things - Wi-Fi intermittent in our room, spa bath intermittent (only worked once after the host fixed it), and the showers had low water pressure, but this is probably due to the building's age. The main thing we struggled with (through no fault of the host) was the very noisy upstairs neighbour on the floor above. It sounded like he was coming through the ceiling - day and night. I'm not sure what he was doing up there. Plus, he has an unfriendly dog that snapped at us a couple of times on the stairwell.

We booked this apartment because of its central location to all the main monuments and places to explore. The room was large in size and had a comfortable king size bed (full size, rather than beds pushed together, which is common in Europe). The air-conditioning worked well and there was ample storage - the walk in wardrobe is a great feature. We aren't breakfast people but the breakfast spread was ample - different pastries/cakes each day, toast, eggs and meat/cheeses etc. The suites are on the second floor of an old building and it feels very secure with three keys to open doors from street level to your room. We are young and fit, so carrying our luggage up the stairs wasn't a problem for us. The host on site was polite and made sure we had what we needed.

The bathroom needs updating shower was falling apart, sink leaking needs modernisation it didn't impact our stay however it was perfectly usable , maybe there could be a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge just adds a nice touch also bed side table too small and not very sturdy again didn't make a difference but maybe something to look into

We had a breakfast and it was very basic.

The room was crazy small but i guess we just use to have more space. There was everything necessarily in the room. We booked this hotel because of the balcony and there was a balcony which is very unusual for city hotels. Overall we are happy. Location was great and close to many attractions. Good for a super short stay.

Property was difficult to find (had to walk door to door to check doorbells to find correct one). Property was clean enough however the floor was dirty. Breakfast was a good spread of items however it started at 0830 and so we missed out t most mornings as we booked activities early to avoid crowds.

Property is very conveniently located, includes all the necessary features and staff were very friendly.

A lack of a vegetarian/vegan option for breakfast that could have had something as simple as soya milk and granola. This question could be asked initially and that way when guests arrive that option will be available along with all the rest. It would not take much effort to include simple non perishable items. The rooms being on the 3rd floor.

The bed was disastrous and the bedroom itself was smaller than described. The shower had mold in some areas and the floor was very dirty.

The hotel was very centric and allowed for easy travel to and from attractions. The market right below the hotel was very convenient and plenty restaurants to choose from. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The bathroom seemed unfinished and had some areas that appeared that they never are able to dry.

The property was in a good location for getting around places. The bed was fairly comfortable and staff was nice.

Unfortunately the fridge in our room wasn’t working, it sounded like it was on however nothing inside was cool even after turning the dial to the coldest setting, but not a big deal for a 1 night stay. The shower hot water dial was broken which made it difficult to turn the hot water on. Everything else was good.

Great location & friendly staff. Breakfast included was nice, not extensive but had the basics covered! Air-conditioning worked well enough and bed was comfortable.

The bed was pretty hard. The shower didn't warm up in the morning, in the evening that was fine. Breakfast was not really extensive.

Location was perfect, staff was friendly and helpfull. The last day we had to leave before breakfast time and the staff couldn't be there on time, so he let us take breakfast the day before already.

The only issues with the room was we had a lot of ants crawling around and on the bed. The fixtures in the room /bathroom were a bit loose so we were very conscious not to place heavier things on the shelves and table etc.

The location was great! Really easy walk to the Trevi and Colosseum and lots of little shops and restaurants around. Easy check in and out! Very friendly staff.
