    * The hairdryer is old-fashioned. Only warm air (not hot enough to blow wet hair).Need to be changed. * No restaurant. * Bar is not functioning well as need to call the Receptionist to prepare coffee. Need to improve.

Gorgeous roof terrace with cold and hot jacuzzis. Lovely common area on the second floor with comfy leather chairs and also balcony seating. Room was spacious with balcony overlooking the sea - waves lulled us to sleep. Expansive breakfast offerings. This was the perfect, relaxing ending to an otherwise busy trip to Italy. Would definitely return!

We had difficulty working the fancy shower. Also, the gate to exit the property was troublesome.

Our suite was lovely. The breakfast was exceptionally good.

Sometimes it is noisy in the night (from the parties on the streets).

Amazing location, nice own beach separated from the public beach. Jacuzi on the rooftop, nice view from the balcony. Specifically would like to mention very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Artem. Any requests and questions were solved within minutes if not seconds. Overall, staff attitude towards the clients was exemplary.

Funfair noise every night with fireworks. Double room balconies very small. May choose different hotel slightly further from town for quieter night's sleep.

Proximity to beach and town, room clean and staff extremely helpful

Hotel is definitely older. Bathroom has been redone but it is time to redo decor. Bed was uncomfortable. Lots of local activity around hotel at night but it stopped and quieted down at a reasonable hour.

Beach is very nice. Great beach chairs provided. Beautiful view. Room was very clean. Breakfast was included and was very good with a decent selection. Although not the nicest hotel ever we enjoyed our stay.

Furniture and equioment is getting old and don't function that well. We were without water two mornings.

The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful

No bad experiences. Only suggestion would be to provide accurate information regarding access to hotel by vehicle. GPS takes you close to hotel where there is a sign indicating it, but it is across a pedestrian area and access is not possible by car. Have to drive towards the port and turn down a small side street.

Complementary Prosecco and bottle of water;)) Quiet, private, beaches. Terrace with jacuzzis. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms and common areas. Parking.

WiFi problems (very instable, most time absent)

The staff was brilliant, very helpful and interested in the guests. The location with private beach was excellent.

No Wi-Fi in the rooms (only in public zones). Breakfast is generally ok, but does not exactly meet a 4 stars hotel standard

The best beach hotel in Terrachina - the only one which has its own beach (actually, 2 beaches - the sand one near the public beach and at the rocks which is completely separate and has access directly to the sea). Reception staff is very helpful, the hotel personnel speaks English, Italian and Russian (a little bit German and French). No dinners at the hotel, but they have a free shuttle to a restaurant plus there are a lot of fish cooperatives (cheap and tasty) and small restaurants within 5 - 10 walking distance.

Excellent beach and swimming possibilities. Very friendly and service minded staff. We went to the restaurant Centoseidici recommended by the hotel and with free transfer. We chose the antopasto misto with 5 different seafoods for euro 25 per person. This is highly recommended! Gourmet quality food, nice price. The white wine Oppidum is with good reason the pride of the region.

Restaurant inside the Hotel doesn't work (They only serve breakfast buffet) But is not a problem as there are many restaurants at walking distance. Wifi to pay .. Why ?

Modern Hotel just in front of the sea at the end of the seafront walking of Terracina. Walking distance to the Ferry going to Ponza Island (One day visit recommended). Internal free private parking. Comfortable bed and well cleaned room.
