The hotel is so beautiful, so clean, excellent full breakfast, spacious rooms, smelled wonderful with the lemon and orange trees. The staff is so friendly and they are always cleaning. The pool was very clean, rooftop bartenders very friendly, and a breath taking view.

Besutiful hotel, very friendly attentive staff, light airy room. Lemon garden was simply stunning. Superb selection at breakfast. Relaxing on the roof terrace after a day visiting the sites was the perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect

Everything. Amazing staff, from reception, bar/restaurant and housekeeping! Room was incredibly clean, amazing view and full of amenities. Decorations with local “ceramiche” make the room elegant and unique. We had fine lunch at Zest restaurant (a la carte restaurant of the hotel- Executive Chef Iavarone) and it was simply delicious. Breakfast super elegant with amazing “cornetti” and napolitan petit four. And the rooftop.. with the swimming pool it’s simply breathtaking. And you can walk under lemon and orange trees in their “secret garden”.

We found the beds to be harder than we like. And it got hot in the room at night. There is some sort of air but it just didn't cool down the room and no windows, only a slider door. I should have asked if they had a fan we could use.

This hotel is so beautifully decorated! Very clean. Great location in the old town, a block away from the water. Beautiful view from the rooftop pool. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the room was gorgeous! The tables were set beautifully with fine china and silver. They have pillow menu so you can have the type of pillow you like.

We stayed at the Grand Hotel La Favourita during Christmas and we absolutely loved our stay. Wonderful staff at the front desk and at the restaurant who were so helpful and friendly. The front desk helped us with transportation, restaurants and the location is very accessible to all the happening spots in Sorrento. The Christmas Eve dinner at the restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay. Every dish was so tasty .

Room was warm - it was just the time of year when they turned on the heat - but we could open the sliding doors and it cooled it off.

The staff was so welcoming, and the facilities were just beautiful. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond for us. We had mix ups with private tours we had booked on capri island and in Pompeii. The staff called these tour groups to help reorganise our tours with no additional charge. The rooms were clean and all staff we interacted with were polite and helpful. Would 100% recommend this hotel!!!

Absolutely fantastic stay at Grad Hotel La Favorita! From check in to check out we felt extremely well looked after and cannot commend the staff highly enough. A fantastic location close to shopping and restaurants, however if you choose not to leave the hotel and dine in every day you will not be disappointed.

The mattress was very hard and the pillows were not soft and comfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Beautiful hotel with very pleasant staff who went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied or had any questions. The hotel grounds and roof top bar were superb! The breakfast was fantastic and a great way to start the day.

Amazing room: spacious, views, patio, Italian tile floors. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Servers and head waiter were all courteous and responsive to any request. Centrally located to walking streets of downtown Sorento.

The decor was bizarre, lacking comfort and warmth.

Breakfast buffet was very good, but the communial areas like the restaurant and bar were lacking in comfort and atmosphere.
