Entertainment only one night and finishing early. Bar closing early. The beach although you have coach transfer, is slightly dangerous upon arrival as there are stiff stairs and for disable people is no very practical

The complex would require some maintenance as facilities are quite old. Breakfast was way below standards with coffee and juice from a machine, and very simple and small choice of cheese/meat etc… staff not super friendly and not good at speaking English.

The location was great with private sandy and rocky beach.

Birgings but the hotel existens. No other restaurants available. No super market. The staff was not so interested in helping Englagård speaking. The food was terribke ned reminded me about a school cantine

The decor is outdated and the bathrooms quite old for the price of the hotel. Somehow the cleaning staff never respected the “do not disturb” sign, they would come in every single morning, which was bizarre and inappropriate. Both breakfast and checkout are at 10.00 which seemed a bit too early as most people there are on holiday and not in a rush.

It is one of the few properties that has direct access to the sea as most Masserias in Puglia are at least a 15-20 minute drive from the coast. It also has a proper Beach Club with delicious local lunch specialties. The staff was very friendly (especially at the pool bar) and the organic massage at the Spa was exceptional.

We had a great stay but I would love to give some suggestions: - The personnel shall be more trained to speak in English considered the high amount of international guests - The bar shall be open at least until 1:30 am during summer - The restaurant shall offer guest the menu a la carte also when there are big events (every day during our stay) - There should be some covered outdoor areas when it’s raining - It would be nice if someone would pass by the guests around the pool to place orders for drinks and food

Lack of information at check in: I had to find things out as I was experiencing the place. Lack of clarity of what's included and what's not (ie dolce vita beach club and the wellness area). The "private" beach both rock and sand, shared by outsiders, too...not so private after all. Shuttle service from station to resort not Free

Pool was big and beautiful but very cold, even in September. The hot tub is not part of the hotel. It is part of the spa and you have to pay to use it. We drove down to the beach club down the street and it was wonderful. The breakfast was mediocre.

The room was 27-28 degrees when we came in. And there was a terrible odor. Outside it was 19. We couldn't manage to turn off the heating so asked the staff and they promised they would fix it. When we returned to go to bed it was still 28 degrees (with the door open) and the horrible odor got worse. It was impossible to sleep like that. We had to keep the door open at night. Also a real shame for the environment. When we informed the staff next day they pretended like they fixed it and we didn't get any sorry. Furthermore the looks of the rooms are pathetic for a 4 star hotel. Looks like a cheap motorway hotel. The spa is super expensive, not included.

The location is beautiful, near the sea, with a calming garden.
