Breakfast was the same menu everyday. They do have omelette available for order. Elevators were kind of small, but they do the job.

Room was clean, friendly staff, all good. The hotel seem to cater to cruise passengers. We did have flawless stay with our family. Excellent beds even the sofa beds for our kids were really good for what they were.

The room descriptions are inaccurate, we booked a Junior suite which stated it had 3 beds and that the bathroom had a bath, when we checked in, it was 2 doubles and no bath. We specifically picked the hotel for these factors, paying more to secure them. The windows do not have locks on them, we were on the 5th floor with children and this felt unsafe. Rooms were very warm, at over 27 degrees and aircon was not yet on.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and ensured we had a room that had the three beds we had booked and required. Hotel is clean and in a good location very close to the metro. Breakfast offered a good selection.

While we enjoyed the bar on the 7th floor, we were not impressed with our meal we had one night.

The bed was so comfortable, the room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a beautiful building with many of its original features. We had a large comfortable room. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Situated near to the train station. Thanks to Marco and Alessandro for helping us with hotel transfers

Rooftop restaurant was just OK for the price. I think people must go there mostly to drink, not to eat. It's also possible that it caters to a more local crowd, not to our American tastes.

The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. We had an amazing view from one of the rooms. The other didn't have a good view. Breakfast was good with many choices, although the eggs were a little too runny the first morning. The hotel is located a little outside the touristy area, but it's conveniently located around the corner from a metro station, so it's easy to get to touristy things within a half hour.

We were on the 9th floor: the aircon is noisy and the water pressure in shower not great. Also you can hear cleaning staff from 7am in corridor.

Beautiful hotel, large rooms, nice breakfast (with good gluten free options) and very pleasant staff. We will come back.

depending on the position of the room,(ours was on the 5th floor) there is outside noise from the restaurant up until midnight. Friday/Saturday : starts around 21:30. The windows don't have good noise cancelation, meanwhile between the rooms there is not much noise passing thru. small comment on the bathroom: our walk-in shower could easily overflow based on the amount of water used, the engineering of the drain is not very clever. another improvement point : we only had 1 bath product each day (1 shower gel, 1 shampoo) for a family of 4 :)

Very nice staff. You could make your own fresh juice, plenty of variety also at the breakfast. The gym is 24/7 and very well equipped. We felt comfortable for the entire stay - nothing missing. the kids really enjoyed it.

The well prepared selection of cooked food at the buffet breakfast got cold because there was no heat source to keep it hot which spoilt the breakfast experience. The lock on the bathroom door was broken and the door didn’t shut fully. The shower did not keep a constant temperature. We opted for an evening meal in the rooftop bar/restaurant. The starters were exceptional but there was a mix up with the mains resulting in one person not being able to eat with the others and having to wait for the meal to be prepared and when it came was mediocre. The other mains (2x steaks & 1 x fish) were not served with any vegetables and there was no option to select any. All very unfortunate as the staff & manager were proud/attentive/professional and did appear regretful/disappointed when we paid and left. Nothing was said to us when we left about not being fully charged for the meal which we only noticed later when discussing the evening. .

Welcoming, very comfortable, modern & immaculate. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious with a selection of complimentary teas/coffees and still & sparkling water in the fridge which was replenished daily We ordered a birthday cake and Prosecco to celebrate 2 birthdays which was presented and served very professionally at an allocated table in the rooftop bar/restaurant. The cake and bubbles were delicious and did not disappoint. All the hotel staff were very attentive and helpful.

A very enjoyable breakfast but personally found the soft dim lighting in the breakfast room uncomfortable and the constant piped mood music tiresome and irritating. Is this really necessary? Unrelated to the Hotel, the nearby Euclide train station that connects to the main Rome Metro routes should be used with caution. Very scruffy and poorly maintained with trains I can only describe as clapped out wreaks long past retirement. I should also emphasise that as a Tourist you need to be VERY aware of pickpockets while in Rome and extreme vigilance is needed - especially near popular tourist sights and on crowded Metro trains where we became victims.

Very clean and comfortable room. Outstanding breakfast with good choice to suit all tastes. Close proximity to Metro station. Short walk to Parca della Musica Auditorium. Supermarket next door.
