The Hotel is good value for money , the room was a good size , very clean and comfortable. The dinner was perfectly adequate, not a huge choice but very large portions and well prepared. Staff were attentive and welcoming

Inadequate cool air in the room because the central air condition was set high and it was hard to sleep. Sometimes we opened the windows at night for cool air but the mosquitoes and other bugs buzzed in. Breakfast was mediocre. Scrambled eggs and boiled eggs were cold. It was hard to set the shower to hot.

The staffs except for the gentleman in the night shift were very good . The staffs tried to find the room with adequate air condition. Great parking and it is free.

Old Style Hotel at it's best, very relaxing, 19th century feeling, wonderful park, traditional therapies. Preferred place for elderly people and people with children.

The breakfast is not varied enough. Among the hot dishes, there is only scrambled eggs without any vegetables. However, there are many types of sweets, but they are all way too sweet.

The hotel's atmosphere and furnishings are very special. It is more beautiful than in the pictures. The small town is very lively. There are many program options in the area (cycling, hiking, sightseeing, etc.), but if you just want to relax, you can go out on the lovely terrace to sunbathe.

Lovely "grande dame" of a hotel, reminiscent of another era. Very warm welcome from the night porter following a very late booking. Breakfast was OK.

The hotel is a "terme" hotel amid other things. As a hotel host it is possible to have 15% discount on entrance to the thermae, which is a swimmingpool located in the hotels garden. The process for entering the thermae swimmingpool requires a lot of paperwork, unnecessary because booking is mandatory (they know you are coming) and the hotel has your data. Data (name, adress ... ) must be written on paper at the swimmingpool' s desk before entering. The clerk will transfer the information from paper to computer while you are waiting at the desk and others are waiting in line. It results in time waisted (10 15 minutes when three persons must enter) and frustration. Note that you have about two hours to enjoy the thermae, so 15 minutes matter. People at the desk are helpful and they try their best. The system is thoug totally ineffective.

The hotel refused to help me and blamed Bookings, so I was overcharged by 1000 euros. I would like my money back. I was there is United Auto Sports Group and they even got better rates than my single price would have been. I don't want to advertise your mistake so please fix it!

We just stayed here one night on our road trip from Puglia to Ireland, but would definitely stay here again. Lovely old house with really nice grounds. We arrived after 8pm, but were still able to get a lovely dinner and bottle of wine. The rooms are fairly basic, but had everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were traveling with our dog and he was treated like royalty. For Harry Potter fans, the have a naturally occurring “whomping willow” in the grounds. See photo below.😂😂😂

We come there and pay for have a stop in a good hôtel with swimming pool: Really nice but old structure who needs to be refreshed.. 2 swimming pool described : 1 inside and 1 outside. First: we received only 3 days before check in a mail telling the extra price to pay for the inside pool and spa. Not included Second: the ''free pool '' is just a small jacuzzi, 3mx2m long And a few long chairs around.... Really disapointed .

The Hotel room had an A/C which was not controllable and in each 3 minutes it turned on for 20 seconds, making a huge noise, right enough to fall asleep hard. The toilet had internal leaks and the water was dropping continously... it was also disturbing. Appart from this, the room was clean and nice!

The hotel has a nice park around, the city has a small storical center with a Sforza castle. It is fine for a walk.

The feel of the hotel is old world charm Next door is the Terme Spa which is stunning as well as wonderful walks through the park which the hotel sits in.
