It was close to the old town centre but on a hot 🥵 day it was a bit of a walk !

We arrived at 10.30 , check in was 14.30 but they gave us our room!!! The staff were very friendly, we were initially told that our room wasn’t ready which we understood but then a very nice gentleman had a look and said that our room was ready ! Amazing service .

They didn't have a gym or a spa.

Excellent location. Close to bus terminal and old town. Room was spacious and staff were extremely friendly. Water with mint infusion was a welcoming bonus. Swimming pool was excellent

Hotel was very cold. Shower in our room was small and doors were difficult to open. Dinner menu was difficult to understand and waiters didn't speak enough English to help us.

However, the hotel is tired and in desperate need of renovation. The furnishings are dated. I hated that there was no hand-held shower, only a wall-mounted fixture, but I suppose that's a personal choice. The pool is great, as mentioned, but it closes at 6pm and you have to wear a bathing cap.

The hotel is comfortable, fairly close to the city centre and has parking, which was important to me. I loved the pool area, which is very lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, the shower pressure and temperature good.

The rooms are very small and insufficient space to walk around , a little cluttered with 2 adults , luggage etc .

Our towels were stained (multiples towels) and it can be difficult to find parking outside the property late at night. Value for money was poor but I would stay here again if the price was lower.

I had really low expectations of this property after reading the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the decor is a bit tired but the room was large and comfortable and breakfast was also good with a good selection, the chocolate croissants were great! There is a great pizza place opposite the hotel called 400 gradi, they don’t take bookings so we could just queue for a table which was perfect given how many restaurants are fully booked in August.

Aircon was not good. Shower had terrible pressure on a normal temperature only if you put it on boiling was it good pressure.

Spa facilities not even functioning, the hotel needs maintenance and cold water didn’t work. They sold us something very different than the advertisement. Finally, the pool is closing at 18h, so we didn’t have time to enjoy after the excursions and you are asked to wear hat and pay for it, bad experience in general.
