Breakfasts were good, but some light music in the restaurant would have been good to create a bit more ambience.

Sorrento’s little gem… location was perfect, 5 min walk into the Piazza and the hotel itself was perfectly charming, with friendly staff and beautiful views.

Everything! The double sea view room was a great size with a stunning view over Sorrento bay. Short walk into Sorrento town. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great - tasted good and huge selection to choose from. Couldn’t fault this hotel at all, perfect place for our Honeymoon stay!

Incredible hotel! Incredible staff! Beautiful property on top of the mountains! Rooms are beautiful and remodeled!! Marble everywhere, very beautifully decorated hotel. All employees are super friendly, super pleasant. Mara, Salvatore and Carlos at the front desk were very helpful, friendly and professional!!! I already booked the next trip and will only stay at this property. This property managed extremely well. Looking forward to come back.

We wish we had come a month later to enjoy the pool.

Excellent service. We had a Seaview room which was magnificent. It was lovely to sit in the balcony and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful view. Breakfast was great.The staff were pleasant and helpful. On our last day they packed us a breakfast Togo as we left during early hours in the morning.

The facility can be old to the taste of some but over all pleasant. The breakfast is not that diverse but classic Italian and served with care.

The view is superb overlooking Sorrento. The bus stop is (named after to hotel) is right at the doorstep. The breakfast terrace is amazing. Lots of places to chill at all having exceptional views.

The beautiful pool and pool bar was only open 9-5 when we stayed. This made it difficult to squeeze this in around daytime sightseeing plans.

A truly unforgettable view from our balcony. Hotel beautifully decorated and felt luxurious throughout. Food in the restaurant was exceptional, as were cocktails on the terrace of the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Non in our party had a view of the Bay of Naples from our rooms. Either I missed the opportunity when booking but we were not given the opportunity to change from the basic room when checking in. It pays to be a little more careful when completing the reseversation

Pool was a little colder than expected! But we were lucky to enjoy it at all in October!

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views. Lots of areas to sit and relax and soak up the views. We booked a partial sea view room and the view exceeded our expectations. Room itself was very comfortable and immaculate. Great staff, lovely breakfast. Gorgeous pool area. Great location within walking distance from centre.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with a stunning view from our balcony of Sorrento and Vesuvius. We loved the cascading pools and the breakfast choices were great with gluten free choices for our daughter. The staff were very professional and friendly. We hope to visit again.
