The barman in the rooftop bar was really rude, I was dismissed from the bar and told to order from a waiter, when I asked the waiter, he kindly took me back to the bar and spoke to the barman who begrudgingly made me a drink, I ordered a negroni, paid for it and could not drink it, it was like paint stripper. When my partner arrived we left instead of dining which was our original plan.

The best location, minutes walk to the leaning tower and market areas, the river is ten minutes the opposite direction. Stunning views from the rooftop bar.

We were expecting that breakfast would be served in the roof enclosure (with great view), per their online photos, but it was closed!

No tea/coffee in room. Breakfast was ok, bit disappointing, lukewarm coffee is not good.

The downside of being located in a tourist area was the noise. We never had a good sleep the 4 nights we stayed here. Noise from the street below until after midnight, and then street cleaners and deliveries starting from 5:30am. This would be the only reason to stop us staying at this hotel again, it was so noisy.

This property couldn’t have been located any closer to the Leaning Tower, so was very central for exploring this area of Pisa. However it also allowed us to explore everything else Pisa has to offer on foot.

Noise from street

Perfect position, lovely staff, clean - great room. Noise was an issue as our room was in the front and bars are directly outside and it was busy until 2 in the morning.We could see the tower from our room and had a julliette balcony which was a bonus.

The hotel is a little dated.

The location was excellent, right next to the Piazza del Duomo, a small supermarket, and a great small restaurant in front of it. The staff was very helpful with finding us a taxi to the train. Great value for money in March.

Centrally located, but can be noisy, since no sound proof windows are in place. The rooms need refurbishment especially the bathroom, since the shower was not working properly and the door needs fixing too. It’s centrally located, but there’s roughly a 20min walk to the station.

Centrally located, only a few steps away from the Tower of Pisa. Great location. Helpful staff. Really good breakfast. Great view from the rooftop. Large rooms.

The location is superb, 2 minutes walk to Pisa tower. Breakfast has a good selection. outside has lots of restaurant. Easy to commute to Pisa airport and other destination.

The walk to the train station is a bit long and car parking in the street and inside the hotel is very expensive

The location is amazing as it is very close to the tower, it is better to take a taxi from the airport directly, the staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful

I expected much more from a four-star hotel. It needs an upgrade. Also, the breakfast was nothing to die for. There was no even a simple toaster! On the other hand, the coffee was excellent.

Beautiful views of the Leaning Tower and Duomo from our room, the room was also safe and the wash facilities were clean and well stocked with amenities. Staff had good knowledge of the area and gave some good suggestions for places to eat.

Booked room with view view wasn’t good 😊 and with two single beds but went back to reception and told them so got room with balcony with two single beds and very nice view so they pay me back in good way with my complain
