I'm aware that Italians are not big fans of breakfast. But it would not hurt if the hotel provides more breakfast options.

Comparing it to the other hotel I stayed in Rome with similar ratings, the room especially the toilet (there's a bathtub) is a lot better. The staff were also nice.

Breakfast did not have too many options for vegetarians. Croissants served were only glazed/Sweet. Transport could be a problem sometimes, especially late at night. You'l have to walk atleast 600m to get a bus.

Room was comfortable. Area of the hotel was quiet.

Breakfast - poor Location - far away from city center Facilities - out-dated

Good value for money as the stay for 1 night costs pretty less in term of "4-star hotel" (which in this case, is irrelevant as the facilities and services are sub-standard for a 4-star hotel). The staff is friendly and helpful

I'm a tour operator and always booked the properties via Booking.com. in this trip we traveld with 14 business men and booked 7 tribble rooms! i checked they had better rooms but the receptions always tried to convince us that they have no problems in hotel facilities! they never gave us any offer as a group and our trip faced with lot of issues. bad facilities, bad cleaning, small rooms with weak security, no safe box, bathrooms with no curtains. The shower doesn't have any hanger and left them on the bath tube! The beds remembered my military service!!! I don't know how and who gave them 4 star level! the hotel was less than 2 star!

    Really nothing!

The location was terrible, had to take a taxi most places or the bus back to Termini and then more buses, subway or trams. Room was shabby, door was very dirty, wallpaper peeling, shower door broken and the shower wouldn't drain. Told front desk and got a shoulder shrug. This is at best a two star hotel!

The bus from the hotel to termini station is every 15/20 mins but sometimes it takes longer so that is the only down side to this hotel. Also the deco is a little out dated.

In our bathroom: door rubs on the floor, toilet seat loose, waste basket pedal broken, hot water runs out at the wrong moment and the ceiling is somewhat stained. At breakfast: a wait for coffee - no self-service device and the one server couldn’t keep up (hotel is far from full but still a mini rush hour).

Still a fairly grand hotel! Great views from the roof terrace (but no parasol or other shade so we couldn’t sit there mid-morning.).

It switched off and didn't memorized the password. Breakfast without healthy options. A lot of cakes and sweets. No variety, the same every day. The bread in the last day had mold... Hotel fairly located. Around 5km from the city center and with lack of public transportation options. Only one bus to city center (without night carrer). The taxi to Fiumicino costs around 75€ and to Ciampino around 60€ (night rates).
