Moltrasio is a very small town so if you’re looking to explore there, it does not have much but it’s very beautiful !! Even though it rained, me and my husband enjoyed the quiet setting and street restaurants.

The property is very nice. The staff made us feel welcomed and helped us with our explorations for the weekend. Arianna was great help, the concierge.

The view was impressive in the restaurant that directly overlooks the lake, the service people very warm and with a good attitude. I will definitely return to my family.

Driving the car to hotel is very risky , They don't have a variety of food , The bed is uncomfortable, there are no Arabic or English channels, and the swimming water is always cold. Parking is overpriced

The breakfast room was a bit cold, but food was good and abundant. The spa was ok but the salt room did not impress me compared to others I tried (seemed more like a normal lounge). The pool was not nit hot enough and two of the four outlet of the jacuzzi pool did not work - it will require maintenance.

The hotel is in a great location, next to the ferries and close to Como and other known touristic destinations. It offers good amenities and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Ours had a beautiful view in the lake and the internal gardens. The massage was great and the therapists was amazing!

Noisy room - could hearing coughing / people talking Very expensive - room and restaurant Taxi service from hotel to train station was 20 minutes late - I sent an email to management explaining that this was unsatisfactory, hoping that they would give feedback to the taxi company. I never heard anything back from Hôtel management. Apparently, breakfast was included, but this was not mentioned anywhere on the booking. Would be good to have on the booking summary.

The shower's water pressure was very low in our room and water was basically dripping out of the shower head when it was in shower mode. When we asked staff about this they told us to manoeuvre the shower/bath handle in a certain way but this made no difference. For the price of the accommodation per night I would have expected the bathroom to be in better working order. The hotel generally was beautiful and the food at the pool and restaurant was fantastic although expect to pay extra for all meals while at the hotel including breakfast.

The spa needs some updating and could improve its cleanliness. To market itself as a hotel and a spa, is a bit of a reach, which was unfortunate since we were very much looking forward to enjoying the spa and it was mediocre at best.

The restaurant and the location of the hotel was great. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The pool and lake access was incredible.

Great location on the lake. A good base to explore lake Como. The Imperialino restaurant was excellent best part of our stay. Staff helpful and friendly. It was very hot while we were staying and the Ac worked well in our room.

The main areas like the pool and dining are beautiful but the lobby and a few other elements (i.e. spa) felt a bit outdated. Understand the area is mostly honeymooners and partners on romantic trips so the area felt extremely quiet and everything closed early. FYI for those not traveling on their honeymoon.

Our deluxe spa room was beautiful, clean, and with an incredible view of the lake. The hotel is beautiful especially the old building with the garden, tennis courts and pool area overlooking the lake. The staff was the MOST helpful. They got us everything from transportation, to reservations, to courier services. We would not have survived the trip without the front desk, manager or concierge. They even helped us secure an extra night at the last minute!

the hotel is not strictly beside the lake, but you get to the swimming pool through a tunnel which works just fine.
