The menu at the restaurant had limited options in my opinion and the overall restaurant experience was not what I expected.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with modern design, nice location (a small walking distance from city centre). There is also an onsite parking which is very convenient if you have a car.

If you choose a room with balconies expect a bit of street noise.

Spacious clean suite with 2 balconies and fridge space to keep some of the food buys.. Nice breakfast Location is great with 15 min walk to center but just away enough to be away from busy tourist area and close to some great tratorias

At website it states 23 eur for parking. Then for some reason I found out different rates for different cars and my Tesla was rated as luxury car for stay for 32 eur/night. Cups in hotel was one time paper/plastic ones. Didn’t like that much. For 4stars I was missing gym or pool options.

Very nice stuff members, especially at Parking area. In Parking possible to charge electro car. Brekfast was good and available gluten lactose free, decaf items Modern new hotel and its good AC system.

Room was basic, but clean, bathroom quite spacious, looks like recently renovated. Maybe some additional furniture in the bathroom would be a good idea. Everyone at the reception was extremely helpful and kind. Plenty of choices at the breakfast, nothing to complain. Regarding the parking - there’a spacious underground garage, prices as any garage in Florence. The only unusual thing - the price of the garage is by the size of the car. But again, as anywhere in Florence. Walking distance to the historic centre. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Just got a little lost a couple of times getting to my room.

The breakfast was delicious and great choices. The room was great. We were in the new area which was great, But better signage would have been better.

Room was small, but the bigger problem is the size of the bathroom - you can barely move. Bidè is totally unnecesary in a small room like that.

One has to explicitely ask for vegan breakfast. Was there for a conference and during a coffee break was told all the foods on one tray was vegan. Luckily they were in their original packaging and I know enough Italian to understand ingredient lists. Of the 3 products on that tray, one contained eggs, and one milk. When it comes to vegan conference lunch options, only on one day out of 3 there was a dish with enough protein (legumes). The wall sockets didn't work when the key card is not in the slot, my laptop would die every day while I was out of the room. Then I managed to lock myself out of the room because I forgot the card in the slot. Got another key card luckily. I understand you want lights off but wall sockets should work all the time.

Bathtub, comfortable room, friendly staff There is vegan food for breakfast, such as vegan prosciutto, soya pudding, soya yoghurt, vegan cheese, but one has to explicitely ask for it.

The room felt like a 3-star hotel at best. Also, a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms (bad sound isolation).

The hotel lobby is very busy with convention vendors which makes it difficult to navigate through the lobby to the front desk from the elevator.

Rooms are very small and breakfast menu was limited.

The location is excellent, at a walking distance to core attractions, however it far enough to keep you away from tourist congestion and help you unwind and relax upon your return. On site parking was very convenient.

The restaurant was just okay- we are there only once and the chicken was dry the soup microwaved-there are plenty of better choices nearby

Noise from other guests could be easily heard ie loud tv, talking in corridor and smoking from next door balcony smelled in room.

Sometimes we had to wait quite a while for the lift as it was often used by the porters .

We had the junior suite and the views were spectacular. The room was beautifully decorated and I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room.

It seems to be geared primarily for the US tour group market e.g. on a pleasant autumn day, the air-conditioning inside was set to freezing, receptionists insisted on speaking English to everyone, lobby full of guides ushering big groups to and from their buses. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming and no apology for long queue etc. The bathroom had those old-fashioned hairdryers on a short cord where you have to hold in the button in. No separate shampoo and no moisturiser. No iron in room.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a little balcony which was nice. Breakfast was good and the staff there were polite The location is good as it's right by the Arno and an easy walk to the main sights
