Unfortunately there has been no renovation of the rooms for years. Such a shame, because the style of the hotel is great.

We loved the swimming pool and the Liberty style of the hotel.

Nice old hotel with friendly staff. For the price we paid about 150 euros per night including breakfast we were really satisfied. I don’t think it would have worth lying more because the hotel and room are pretty old and would need good renovation. For quality vs price it was great

Welcoming friendly staff, lovely breakfast with lots of fresh choices. Great location too. I had also stayed here 5yrs ago and the standards are still kept high.

Breakfast is okay according to the price, but I would have loved some more fresh products instead of the pre-packed standard ones, plus a real caffetteria instead of the automatic machines.

I spent just one night for work at this hotel and I was surprised by the quick response from the reception regarding my last minute booking, plus the possibility to relax after the day in a simple but well organised SPA, clean and with super informative and kind staff.

Furnishings are a little dated. Hairdryer was poor.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Good location in Montecatini, easy to walk from station, close to park . As it was raining one evening we ate in the hotel restaurant which was excellent and really good value.

Pool area and rooms were very dated and could use some renovation. Room AC barely worked and the room got very hot during night even with the AC turned to coldest setting. Toilet didn't flush every time and flushing got stuck open frequently.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant, big rooms, lots or parking spots on the street, good gym.

The aircondition was not good/powerful enough, so we had 26 degrees at the lowest and there were ni aircondition in the lobby or in the hall ways.

All was nice. There are no free parking places close to the hotel, do you need to pay in a street machine or look for a free space which is probably not too close.

This is a large hotel, we chose it by chance on the way, because there are a lot of hotels in this town with thermal springs and all were available. Then I studied the history of this city and realized that the thermal complexes cannot provide a sufficiently high-quality service, so this many large hotels are not in demand. We liked the conditions at the hotel: bed, bed linen, breakfast, late check-out.

we got too small of a bed for a queen size. quite short and narrow. also the noise isolation was poor - we could hear the guest in the neighboring room coughing, so he probably heard our baby crying in the middle of the night.

Restaurant service could be better

Dear Stuff of the Hotel. I would like to thank you and specially Mister Eugenio for an amazing time we had with my spouse, thank you for making our small holidays perfect. We had a lot of specials services, as discounts and the most amazing desert made for us on personal request of mr.Eugenio. Location of the hotel is in a nice and quiet place. Room was clean and tidy. The hotel is due for some renovations. They tried their best to make it look nice but it is high time and they already started with one wing. Don’t expect shiny new facilities. The second major issue is the speed of the restaurant staff. Sitting there for 2h with kids to go through a 3 course menu is not enjoyable. I pointed it out and they understood but it did not change.

The staff was very friendly and responsive concerning my feedback. The hotel is nicely located in the center of town with lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities and offered plenty of parking. The food was either very good or good (depending on the day and kitchen staff). The pool area (although not huge) was nice and very welcome during the hot summer days.
