Shower was dated with mould in the corners. Was not advised to prebook the spa so was not able to use one if the nights.

Having read some poor reviews of this hotel, we decided not to book it for all four nights of our stay, but for only the last. However, we were very, very pleasantly surprised. This is wonderful hotel, with extremely friendly, helpful staff, and lovely, clean, and indeed grand facilities. Of course it's not "real" gold-plating and crystal chandeliers. For that you'd have to stay at the Ritz and pay ten times as much. This is a lovely, comfortable, fun, hotel, with very reasonable rates and I recommend it highly. ( We spent the first three nights at the Hilton in Sorrento, and retrospectively rather did feel it was half the hotel at twice the cost.)

+ I Like the old fashioned and classical style + Friendly Staff, always ready to smile and help. Special mention to Benito, Sara and Domenico :-) + very rich buffet breakfast and Lavazza coffee + gated parking + quite room and surrounding despite being close to a major road

Actually NOTHING.

The Hotel was very nice and big... there was secure parking which was a huge plus! The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was very kind! The pillows on the bed had two different density which is great for a picky sleeper!

The original room which I believe was a standard room was very small, tight and not clean. A lot of the interior is old and needs to be updated painted or cleaned!

Updated the room when we arrived. The suite was very nice. Luciano at the bar was fantastic! Very accommodating! Front desk staff very accommodating! The spa was superb!

The only issue is that it was a 15 Euro ride from the local train station. If there was a shuttle service to the train station, it would have been perfect.

I was staying there for work and it is close to where I was supposed to go otherwise the location is not the best. Jammed between the autostrada and a busy through road with practically no sidewalks, it is hard to go anywhere without a taxi or car.

It is a beautiful hotel, the interior is just amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The food at the restaurant was not so good. Some plates are better than the others. Could have been better for this kind of hotels.

Spa was so relaxing, the room was comfortable. It was near the Royal Palace of Caserta and near the MacArthur Glen outlet mall.

The staff at reception should try to appear friendly and interested in their job, even if they are not.

It is a convenient hotel for when I am visiting Palumbo Shipyard on Business. Much nicer than staying in Napoli

In the bathroom toilet and bide was so close that it was difficult to move. It would be better to have only toilet. Although the room was reserved for 3 people, it has sleepers and other products for two people only.

Territory of the hotel is very nice. It is located near the road to the Naples which is convenient for driving, but not very beautiful. The room was fine, but not for 3 people. The balcony was very nice.
