Our room is on the 4th floor, above it is the restaurant and it gets very noisy from the chairs moving at 7 am when it opens for breakfast. The breakfast selections are very limited.

The location is great. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Love the towels.

Breakfast was ok. Cereal choice was very limited and no fresh fruit cut up. Could do with. New/faster toaster as you had to put it through several times. No coffee or water machines, its waiter service which I can understand adds an extra personal Touch bit can also be slow.

Location was perfect. A few minutes walk to the train/bus station and also to town square. A little shop nearby for drinks etc as well as bars and restaurants. Hotel gave us a free upgrade which was amazing. Room was a lovely size and bathroom was huge with a double sink and an amazing rainfall walk in shower.

The roadside rooms have to endure a bit of noise since it's the high street of the town.

We were there to enjoy the old town and the Hotel was a few feet away.

The location was a short stroll from the main hub of Sorrento, and good proximity to the train station. The room was nice and big. Breakfast selection was good.

Hotel controls AC for room. They do not provide privacy cards for rooms. To go to breakfast, we need to take the elevator to the lobby and then up again to breakfast area.

There was no real shampoo in the bathroom, just a liquid product for all usage.

Excellent location, close to train station if you get Sorrento by train. Nice pool and practical breakfast. Our room was facing the pool, we had a nice balcony and so peaceful evenings. Clean, and comfortable room.

Housekeeping was poor and room needed maintenance. Asked for our vehicle the night before departure and still had to wait half an hour for it to be delivered

Presenting hotel as 4 star hotel, it is not, building is dated and rooms need restoring as plumbing and electrical had issues.

The room was in the front of the hotel and the road was very noisy. The view wasn’t brilliant as overlooked a petrol station. The reception staff were not particularly friendly. The carried on conversations between themselves when I was waiting to ask questions. Could be more friendly and approachable.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was very tasty. Fresh coffee instead of machine would be better. The breakfast staff were very accommodating and friendly. The view from the breakfast room is amazing

Parking was quite expensive - €20/day. Would have preferred to search for a free parking option. Pool opens later than I would have expected, and lacked atmosphere - quite a stuck up crowd of fellow guests. No wine glasses or cups in room. Shower pressure pretty poor.

Location, service very good. Room quite basic hotel room - no wine classes, coffee machine etc. which was disappointing. Breakfast was a large buffet with lots of variety. Breakfast staff a little rude, but the rest of hotel staff were lovely.

There was no hooks or railings or anything in the bathroom to hang up towels. It’s a minor point but it’s just awkward leaving towels on door handles or across the back of a chair.

The pool was nice and clean with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast was good everyday. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I paid for a deluxe double room with a sea view/pool view. On arrival, we were put in a double deluxe room but it was on the 1st floor, road side over looking a petrol station. I went down to reception and explained I'd paid for a deluxe room with sea and pool view and I was unhappy with the room as it would be noisy and overlooking a petrol station and main road. They offered me another deluxe room as all deluxe rooms were on the 1st floor. This room was on the far LHS and although it was on the sea/pool side, it overlooked a section of trees and you couldn't see any of the pool or sea. I explained I wanted a pool and sea view so they gave me a room on the 4th floor. The view was brilliant however the room was one of the traditional rooms, not as modern as the deluxe rooms. I therefore paid for a deluxe room at the highest price available on your online booking, and was not able to stay in a room that met my expectations as your pictures of the deluxe room are advertised with a pool/sea view on them. Finally, the breakfast room is on the 5th floor and I was directly below it on the 4th floor, LHS. I was woken each morning at 7am by the sound of chairs moving on the floor which wasn't pleasant given I was on my honeymoon with my wife. The hotel itself was brilliant and staff were extremely friendly and nice and clean. But I feel I have not received the value for money that I paid for which is disappointing given the amount I paid.

Noisy, people banging on the wall throughout the night (not the staff fault, but walls very thin). Bed was very very comfy, but every bit of draft the door sounded like someone was trying to get. So hard to relax and sleep. There was a show on the Tuesday and I was surprised how late / loud the music went on too. Well after 11pm. Asked for iron and when I kept plugging it in it was tripping the room electricity, so couldn’t use.

Clean, swimming pool, no queue for sunbeds, within walking distance to things.

Only one blanket in the couple's bed and despite requests, we only got another sheet instead of a duvet cover.

Staff was helpfull. The room was clean. breakfast was ok when I went early, closer to 10 o'clock, a bit chaotic due to other diners. The pool was nice and big.
