Lovely, comfortable, spacious, wonderfully situated place at the heart of Bologna! The two bedrooms with separate bathrooms - a huge plus! The apartment is well equipped to suit any needs and charming at that! A lovely terrace equipped with dining table comfortably sitting four. The hosts are most helpful and quick to respond. Trust their guidance! Hope to come again!

There was nothing really wrong with the place, but if I had to nit pick, then the only thing is it lacked a nice view from the windows.

The property was clean, stylish, well appointed and quiet. It had all the appointments you would want in a short stay apartment. The added bonus was the lovely old building.

Central location yet we weren’t disturbed by outside noise, even when Bologna won the Coppa Italia! Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and everything within walking distance. Excellent communication from Gabriele who responded instantly to any questions, which was helpful on our arrival when we were confused by the numbering system on the street, maybe more details about location and a photo of number above the door would help. We appreciated the lift and that we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment for a few hours after check out. Great bathroom and showers, clearly much thought has gone into the design.

Very warm and extremely clean 👌 apartment in the heart of Bologna. It was decorated in vintage stile. The apartment is in old, well decarated building. We enjoy our stay there. Last day, we have leave our luggage for extra one and half hour in the apartment. When we took luggage we noticed that the cleaning lady has made deep cleaning, even all mattresses are been get out.

The kitchen doesn't include an oven and lacked some staples (spices, bottle of oil, although there were some packets) so it might be difficult to cook a full meal but who wants to cook when they're in Bologna! the living area could use one more comfy/easy chair. I would be happy to stay here again and would recommend it highly, especially perfect for 2 couples.

This apartment was well laid out for 2 couples (60s and 70s). Each bedroom had en suite bathroom and were on opposite sides of the common rooms. All communication with the hosts was done by msg/whatapp. They were very quick to respond and very helpful. The kitchen is well enough equipped to make breakfast in the mornings (we made scrambled eggs on the cooktop.) The apartment is 2 flights up, with an elevator (although a few stairs after the elevator) but we mostly took the stairs up and down except for with luggage. Having a washer and dryer wonderful and it was even relatively easy to choose the shorter wash cycle. The location is very convenient, there's a lot of activity on the street but we didn't hear anything from inside the apartment except for lovely operatic singing during the day (music school on the first floor of the building). We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go within 15-20 minues and there were several restaurants within a few minutes walk. Both the door to the building and the apartment door had key codes which meant we didn't have to carry keys and we could all come and go as needed. We walked with luggage from the train station and it took about 15 minutes, pretty straightforward using google maps. Departing on a Sunday morning we needed to call a taxi to take us to the airport and the hosts very nicely made the call for us because I couldn't get the app to work.

VERY GOOD in almost everything, position, confort, facilities and shops around. I even had a problem with an electric power failure on the apartment (there were repairs made in the building, as it dates almost 2 centuries). We called the owner and in less than an hour he sent an electrician to repair.

There was no oven, but to be fair we knew that going in, and the kitchen was very well equipped in general.

Amazing location. So close to the very center of historical Bologna, but not quite in the middle of it. The apartment was extremely comfortable, and very nicely appointed. The host was very helpful, and accommodating. We really enjoyed the opera school practicing downstairs. The balcony is lovely, although we did not get a chance to take advantage of it, because of the weather.

Great location, with excellent restaurants on the doorstep & the city centre only a few minutes walk away. Best booking.com hosts ever, without any doubt. Only regret was not staying longer...two afternoons of being able to listen to a soprano from the Bologna opera rehearsing in a nearby studio just wasn't enough.....

Lovely apartment in a beautiful old building. On the door step /walking distance to everything you want and need in Bologna. Comfortable 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both with showers very clean and well kept. We didn’t use it but kitchen is very clean, well equipped, also with Nespresso. The owner was great with communication & guidance.Thank you also for keeping our luggage for the day for our late evening flight.

One of the bathroom handle to switch from hand shower to rain shower is missing, but nothing too inconvenient.

Location is just a few minutes away from the centre; 20 minutes walk from train station. Lots of happenings around the area and super convenient with mini-mart, shops and restaurants along the streets. The apartment was a delight with 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths. Neat, clean and cosy. Host was communicative and kept in contact to make sure we were comfortable.
