We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A lovely hotel which is fastidiously maintained and run by amazing staff. Lovely views. The swimming pool and saunas provide welcome relaxation after a hard days skiing. The hotel shuttle service to and from the ski lifts gets you on the piste speedily.

The family and staff at Hotel Grones are an absolute delight. they were so accommodating and always looking for a way to stay one step ahead of us with perfect hospitality. We originally didn’t book the Half-Board option but we ultimately ended up having dinner at the hotel every night. You cannot beat the price nor the quality prepared by the hotel’s chef. It was a culinary adventure each evening! the Sauna and relaxation area was also very cool and full of high end details. Their breakfast buffet was also impressive and had everything one could want for breakfast in a beautifully presented fashion. Our airline had lost our luggage and the staff were happy to loan up bathing suits for the pool and they also helped us check with the airline on status updates for our luggage. I would recommend this property to any traveler. We were staying here for our honeymoon and they gifted us a bottle of champagne and delicious fresh fruit upon our arrival. Very thoughtful!
