Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The AC takes a long while to cool down the room, and the restroom was hot throughout our time.

Shower room and toilet is very small, so it is difficult to use. Break first is simple, we want to eat more vegetables.
Location and price are good. Reception is very kind. It was hot day, but air conditioner work well.

When we left the room the fridge turned off needed to leave fridge running air conditioner not very good room was very hot

In this hotel there is no lift
In this hotel you can find qualified and very kind staff who are able to help you with any need you may have. It can be reached also by foot both from the railway station and the historical center of Florence.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast wasn't particularly rich – just a few types of cheese and cold cuts, plenty of pastries and croissants, some apples and bananas, coffee, and a few other small items. Nothing impressive, but decent enough for a morning meal.We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first, as we ended up on the only street in the area that was under construction. :) The room and bathroom were small, but perfectly fine for our needs, especially since we didn’t spend much time in the room. Everything was very clean, and housekeeping was done daily. Our room had a small terrace where you could enjoy a coffee or smoke a cigarette. After 8 PM, there’s no one at the reception, but you receive a code to access the building. The location was great — close to all the main tourist attractions, about a 10–15-minute walk to everything. Overall, we were satisfied — everything went smoothly and in good conditions.

The linens on the bed were starchy and stiff and we would have liked a blanket or duvet instead of just the sheet and a thin cover. And the rooms are very dark.
We loved the staff so much. So friendly and helpful. would have liked a blanket on the bed. The air conditioning, location and the breakfast was nice too.

We had significant difficulties navigating the area because we weren't informed about the construction in front of the hotel in advance. The promotional material should have stated that parking is a problem. We had to pay 35 euros per night.

There was building work right outside the hotel entrance which made entering the hotel a little tricky but we couldn't hear any noise once inside.
Staff were very helpful, room was a good size and air-conditioning was great. Breakfast was plentiful. Location was superb for exploring Florence. Probably the best hotel we've had in Italy.

The fridge didn’t work, and there was a smell coming into the room might have been the toilet in the room next to us.

Shower was small so could be tricky for some.
We were able to check in early. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the station and many restaurants and cafes close by. Breakfast had a good selection, but very busy in the little room. Clean and comfortable.

The double bed was just two singles pushed together so there was an uncomfortable ridge in the middle.
The location is perfect. The room was adequate for just one night but it was super tiny. It was, however, clean and modern and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was decent.
