nice view, we were lucky to get there on August 9-10 on the day of the city, there were very nice fireworks. We were without a car, and it takes 15-20 minutes to walk up the stairs from the room to the bus stop, be prepared for that. The room was cozy

I wish there was breakfast available at the property and also a mini bar in the room would be nice since there’s no place nearby to buy snacks or drinks.

The location in Scala is excellent as a base for exploring all of the Amalfi coast. The property is nestled high up in the mountains and has a breathtaking view of Ravello and the Amalfi coast! The outdoor terrace was very nice, with a beautiful view.

Getting to and from Amalfi requires time coordination. Once I understood the bus schedule everything worked itself out.

If you don't drive there, there are 475 steps between the bus stop and your bed, which can be painful in the evening. Also, for the morning there is not many options around for breakfast, so an espresso machine would have been very much appreciated.

Guest House Malu is located in a romantic city of Scala, which is on top of the mountain. The view is amazing. There are hiking tracks near the house. I would reccomend this place for people who want to do some hiking.

Without a car the walk up from the bus stop can be a little challenging but we ended up enjoying it and would do it again!

The shower is small. Payed parking is available near the hotel, but that can cost you up to 10 EUROS a day. The location itself is stunning, but you should know in advance that it is difficult to get to everything else you might want to do in the area (Ravello, Amalfi...), a car is a must, and you will pay for parking.

Simply amazing view, we just couldn't start our day after breakfast because sitting in the terrace was too beautiful. The hostess was kind and informative, assisting us with everything we needed including recommendations. Breakfast itself was formidable - don't miss out on the homemade Bruschetta!

Nothing really. It's a bit out of town but this is something you know when you decide to book here.

This B&B is located on a lovely spot with a stunning view over the area. You need to have a car to get there and it takes some efforts, yes, but the view is really worth it! We were welcomed in a most friendly way by the lady of the house who even arranged a parking ticket for us. The rooms were spacious, spic and span. The breakfast was Italian and not continental, but that wasn't really a disappointment since we were offered freshly made bruschetta with eggs and homegrown tomatoes. The homemade lemon cake was delicious...and made without butter, we found out :) Tip: although we were advised to go for dinner to il Pinguino, we had chosen the restaurant Borgo San Pietro and I must say: RECOMMENDED!

The view was incredible spectacular. The staff very friendly and warm. The experience of climb 500 steps from Pizza Municipal (whereisthe bus station) to location it's an adventure itself.

Part of the electrical devices were not working- like the oven (there wasn’t even a door), dishwasher machine etc. There was damp and mold in the biggest room so we couldn’t actually stay there. No water as a compliment, the coffee capsules weren’t enough.

Greatest view ever. Highly recommended. Host was friendly and gave us good check-in option. It is a spacious property.

The accommodation is called B&B (bed and breakfast) but breakfast was not available at all. The location was uncomfortable for commuting, main places were a long walk away. There was no fridge/mini bar, and lack of simple needs such as new towels, only one loo roll for 3 nights... We also found that bugs easily entered the room as there were gaps in the bathroom.

The window view was nice.
