Bad had old mattresses , were too tender because of that we haven t had a good sleep during our stay

It has an accessibel location , everything is near , a helpful and friendly stuff, after check out you can leave you luggage there which makes your travel more enjoyable

Rooms were great and location is so close to Duomo. You do have to climb a few flights of steps with your luggage but not an issue for us. Some street noise at night but not a big deal. Lovely stay and thankful they could hold our luggage early while we explored the city.

The decor is dated and there are chips and scuff marks where luggage has knocked into walls. The place is clean and didn’t both us. It can be noisy due to location. being so central.

We loved it very central location ! easy to get everywhere. Quirky traditional Italian apartment. Facilities clean and comfortable. A/C in rooms, Original features were lovely. very clean.

The stairs were no issue but I can definitely see how it would be for others. Just be ready to lift luggage and go up and down a few times.

This was a beautiful property and owned by very lovely people. It has so much character and simplicity whilst giving a very authentic feel to your stay in Florence. The location and view of the duomo was exactly as advertised.

It was a little noisy in the evening, but nothing too bad. It was just a result of being right in the middle of everything.

Quaint room in a wonderful location right in the middle of Florence. Good air conditioning. Close to everything and very convenient. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk after we checked out.

After we checked out my daughter needed to use the toilet, we were told we couldn’t because they had already cleaned all the toilets for the day.

The biggest flaw was the lack of an elevator—carrying luggage up the stairs was quite inconvenient. The hotel also needs refurbishment, as the furniture, floors, and walls are noticeably worn.

The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. One of the highlights was the view from the balcony.

The only thing that was bothersome we could hear all the noise from the street at night. Very noisy trucks in the morning at 5:30 AM. Earplugs would be good :)

Great location and very close to all the sites. Great We found it easy to get around from that location. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was very good .

The only minor point of problem here is that their air conditioning units within the rooms were inconsistent, some of them really need to be maintenance or to replaced. Additionally, the showers need some maintenance too, hose clamp is not really a replacement for a showerhead height positioner.

Location was central within walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. IT wasn't modern but we are in Italy and wanted authentic We were lucky enough to have the room with a balcony where we could see the top of the domus. Bathroom was also spacious and clean and had french doors that opened to the balcony.

Absolutely fantastic and helpful staff. We really appreciated that they were able to accommodate our early check-out alongside keeping our bags after we checked-out. Good location as well as it's near various stores.

Our room was right off the lobby so we could hear talking/doors closing until later in the night. Also it is near Duomo, which does chime a few times, and once was rather early, maybe around 7am.

This was a nice spot that had a great location. Steps from the Duomo and the furthest we walked was to Piazza Michelangelo which was about 20-25 min walk. Great restaurants and bakeries nearby. The staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, and our room had a private bathroom but not a view or balcony. It is also a short walk to the train station.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Florence, hosts were attentive and helpful with providing a map of Florence and suggesting sites to visit.
