Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SlovakiaI wish there would be a note on the page, that pool will be closed. It was one of the reason, why I choose this hotel. Furthermore, hotel was relatively far from the old centre, so we spent lot of time and money in the taxi.
We liked the staff working in the hotel, they were really helpfull and kind. Room was relatively big, nice and clean. My son adored games in the lobby - that was nice extra perk, we have not counted with.

PolandThe area around the hotel is not very pleasant, especially for walking in the evening.
Nice hotel for short stay in Rome. Private parking in the hotel. Good location for visiting Trastevere.

United KingdomThe location is not the best if you want to be in Rome to do touristy things. You’ll have to get a taxi or a couple of buses to get anywhere near the centre. Also they need a credit card as a deposit but if you don’t have one they take cash deposits so you better have cash! The app didn’t work and if you want to order slippers or bathrobes you have to go downstairs to reception…
I was surprised when I got my room literally in front of the elevators and thought I was not going to sleep because it was going to be too noisy and busy but I even if of course you could hear people when they were being loud, it wasn’t too much of a problem and managed to sleep very well. Also the bathtub was HUGE and I really appreciate that! Overall it was very nice and clean and the restaurant had an amazing pizza, very flavourful with a very good dough!

IndiaA little outside of the city. Shady neighborhood, so you should be a little cautious at late-night while walking nearby. Hotel facilities timings, like you can't access the poolside to relax after 6 PM after walking around the city the whole day.
Connectivity to the city center via bus is good. Hotel's aroma was nice. good breakfast.

Staff best: very friendly, welcoming, helpful. Bedroom very good. Quality of bathroom even better. Breakfast buffet good, evening meals in restaurant even better. 40 minutes walk to centre. 15 minute walk to trams and trains. Busses 5 mins walk.

TurkeyIt did seem like a little outside the center area and some of the nearby neighborhood I was told were not the best but I used taxis to get around and only there for short stay. I was able to enjoy the front patio area and had a drink and sandwich before going out. Unfortunatedly, I didn't get to use the pool and that was the big decision maker in booking this hotel. Other than that, I was extremely satisfed with everything
My flight was delayed so got in afer 1:30 AM grateful for the 24 hour reception but it did take away the time I had to spend since my flight home was the next day - but everything went well in hotel- staff was great, had the breakfast in am was given discount so that was good and then left hotel by 10 AM on the next day. I would consider other properties in the hotel chain for future trips.

AustraliaThe pool is very small on the top of the roof and was full with only maybe 15 guests up top. There were not enough chairs to sit on either considering the capacity of the hotel. Breakfast was ok, but if your wanting a healthy breakfast it’s probably not the best.
It was very clean and well kept and modern.

GermanyWe were very tired one night and decided to eat at the hotel's restaurant and it was the worst decision during our stay! The menu was to accomodate a more "british" taste, not only it wasn't italian, it wasn't even good. Even the bruschetta (the easiest thing to prepare in italian cuisine) was tasteless. The hotel is filled with loads of very good places to eat (from the more gourmet to the humblest restaurant), so it was very surprising to get a very bad quality - seriamente ma state scherzando?
I really liked that the hotel is situated in a residential area not too far from the center, all you need is literally nearby (pharmacies, supermarket, shops, bars, restaurant). Most touristy places were more easily reached by bus but we walked most of the time and we noticed how we enjoyed the city more by doing so. The hotel is also not that far from Trastevere (which is an area famous for it's many good restaurants) but there were so many great restaurants 10/15 min walk from the hotel as well! I highly recommend to have a dinner at "Sbracio" (for meat but also friend antipasti and carbonara) and "La taverna del vicolo" (their cacio and pepe was to die for). Cerere is also a very good icecream chain that is nearby. Don't even bother doing breakfast at the hotel, make yourself a favour and go to the bars nearby - go to "Bar Pasticceria Gelateria Andreucci" and grab a cornetto crema amarena (all their pastries are great and they prepare them themseleves). "Pizza Idem Roma" is also a very humble food place which we've been nearby, it's good and cheap, great for simple meals and also gives the typical local-homecooked restaurant experience. Being born and raised in Naples, my only regret was not trying the neapolitan pizza place "Fiori di Zucca" which looked pretty good and traditional!. The gym was small but it had enough to train with and the swimming pool area was pretty cool!

AustraliaThe location is further out than we would have liked but an easy taxi ride in or you can rent electric scooters and ride in, in around 20 minutes. Well worth sacrificing on location for the pool.
The pool was amazing and such a relief from the Rome heat. Facilities were great.

GibraltarHotel restaurant dinner was not good, unfortunately! Gym very small , basic equipment. Pool very overcrowded.
Nice, spacious and clean rooms. Staff all very helpful. It’s very far out from the city centre, but we knew this when booking and went for this hotel because of the pool in the August heat. However, pool very crowded and not many spaces for guests to sit. The hotel has a very helpful deal with local taxis, where they take you to / from Piazza Venezzia for €10 each way with a voucher, which we found very useful as it turned out cheaper. So all in all the location wasn’t too much of a disadvantage to us. Taxis quick and efficient and most take credit card.
