The room had a few ants. We only stayed for 3 nights and it was not a problem. I mentioned it to the receptionist on check out who thanked me and brought me a nice bottle of wine in appreciation. Nice gesture. The room lacked a full length mirror, and there is ample room for it. The view from the window was of a very slumming alley, so definitely not a sight to enjoy. I felt the room price was quite expensive, but apparently in Ferragosto that is to be expected. Finally some staff were friendly, others were polite but not friendly, both at reception and in the restaurant. These latter cases seemed to be a bit arrogant, giving the impression that one is wasting their time.

The hotel itself is quite chic, in a veru modern style, and in a rather gentrified area of Catania. The room was very spacious and stylish, as was the michelin mentioned restaurant in the building. Breakfast was excellent. Some of the staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.

Raphael was very pleasant to have greeting us at the hotel . There was a problem with pour pick up and he felt bad and offered us a complimentary breakfast . He felt bad and said he wanted to make it right . We were very tired and hungry so that was a very nice gesture .

My only tiny piece of constructive feedback is the room needs more towel hooks for wet towels and I think there should be free water on arrival. There was minibar water but you need a bottle of water on arrival IMO. Small things.

Loved it - great hotel, location, room, the bathroom and SHOWER were incredible. This must surely be nearly a four star hotel? Special shout of to Rafa/Rapha (not sure on the spelling) he gave us the best welcome, booked dinner and taxis for us. So welcoming and helpful. Thank you Would recommend this place to everyone and I’m fussy!!

Great hotel, highly recommend. Good central location, staff were very friendly/helpful. We got upgraded to a suite room and the large rooms on top floor were great size and features. We didn’t try, but there’s a Michelin restaurant within hotel building which is supposed to to be great.

If you have a car plus wish to be in the centre and walking distance to all the major attractions, this is the place to stay. Our room was spacious, clean, excellent options for breakfast , very helpful staff. We enjoyed our short stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Perfectly located in the centre of the city next to the beautiful theatre. All the information regarding tour stay was conveyed by the hotel before we arrived and the friendly staff gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. Our room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view of the local area. The hotel facilities were very modern and comfortable. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious.

Amazing place. It’s small and conveniently located in the heart of the city, yet easily reachable by car. Great bed, gorgeous shower, wonderful breakfast. The staff is friendly and generous with their help, and always ready for a chat. A specific word of gratitude to Nadia who upgraded us for free! We will certainly come back.

There was no balcony or windows that you could actually open and have fresh air flow in the room. Bed mattress a little too hard and not so flat & comfy for my needs.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, wonderful staff and safe garaged parking. We even had a complimentary room upgrade! Only wish we had more than a one night stay, so we could try the restaurant food as the breakfast was amazing!

Right next door, in the adjacent/adjoining property, is a bar, which plays very loud music into the night. Also the bar in the street, on the other side of the road.

Everything was excellent!

The hotel is in a great location - a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Everything is tastefully decorated. Rafaelle checked us in. He was so welcoming and had great suggestions for us. The rooms were spacious and had everything you could need, including slippers. The breakfast was wonderful - a little bit of everything. This was a short drive from the airport and the hotel has it's own secure parking which was a bonus since we had a rental car.
