Too far, getting there was difficult. Metros were closed at 9pm, no buses going in that direction either. Had to take a taxi to get to the location and Many drivers complained about the distance. Going out to see Rome was difficult, couldn't go out in the evenings either because you risk not getting a metro/Shuttle back. Aldo, no one ever picks up the phone when you call. Dead insects and live little spiders in the room, and some insects and mosquitoes, i had to kill

They were right about the nature being in its natural form. Peaceful and quiet. The staff were helpful, warm and welcoming.

Really bad value for money in terms of our accommodation specifically. Our room was riddled with bugs, there was no air conditioning so we were so hot the whole time. Bathroom light didn’t work and the toilet would make a high pitched noise that lasted for hours after flushing. For the amount of money we paid for each night, the accommodation was far below adequate.

Easy access to bus, also shuttle bus available until late. Lovely pool and restaurant and scenic location. Wonderful staff, especially the two waiters Jacob & Justin ;)

The portable house was very small and not suitable to accommodate three people. The bathroom and toilet was not constructed for an international passenger.

Warm and comfortable, shuttle bus provided at regular times to get us to the train station, would have been very difficult to enjoy the holiday without this facility as taxis often cancelled or did not pick up my booking and the cost of having to rely on taxis would have quickly mounted up

Internet connection was very poor but we found being in Rome it was bad too so not really anyone’s problem.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the shuttle to and from the station was a perfect service! Made getting to and from no hassle at all. The restaurant had delicious food and the staff/young boys were so friendly.

The booking info is a fraud. I booked the room because use of the swimming pool is free, but that is far from truth. If you take a room for one night you cannot use the pool (maybe if you pay extra). Also, the bungalows are situated above the highway so it is very loud and difficult to sleep. Matresses are not comfortable and king bed is actualy made of two camping beds. The bathroom doesn't have a soap and they charge extra for towels. Alltogether, very cheap. The recepcionist lady was also very uncooperative. Free wifi is also of no use, connection is slow almost as dialup. Conclusion: they will never see me again. Avoid at all cost.

There was an odd smell in the cabin and it wasn't very clean. Very old and outdated looking. There was also a machine noise close by in the property, which made it not as nice to be in nature.

The accommodation was a run down very basic shed. The bed was comfy. Way overpriced. Not a good location for access to Rome. We've been on the road touring Europe for three weeks, using Booking.com for all accommodation. We've stayed in city centre hotels for less money.

There was no hot water during our stay. When we confronted the staff about this they just answered very rudely that they cant do anything about it. The location is further away from rome as they describe on their site.

Everything was terrible. worse experience, as Airline Employee and my brother travel agent, we never will use this hotel or recommend to any one. It makes my mother's birthday (76th) the worse in our life. Terrible celebration thanks to this one as I explained in my information. Suggestion, create a better customer service, specially when you are traveling with older people like my mother. Frequent bus schedule from the hotel to the station 2 hours is not good specially when you want to visit the city. Improve the hotel signs to help the travelers how to get the hotel.

The lady who was in charge at the restaurant did not help us with the Wifi, we were 6 people and she said she can help us only with 2 cells, when at the main window there is a sign which shows free wifi for the customers. The wifi was very bad anyways, I need to made my check-in to go back home and I could not thanks to this Lady, She said I need to remove my plane mode, I told her if I remove it, start the roaming that my server charge me, she said, " I am sorry, I had a code only for 2 cell phones". When 6 people pay for our stay. The room was no the one I booked, it was my mother's birthday and it has been the worse I had for her. No body help us with our room, it was in a bungalow, where my mother was sleeping and there was an insect in her pillow. The distance to the station was very far, and the transportation was every 2 hours. The driver was the only one polite and nice try to help us, the rest was a night mare. My booking was cancelled and I had to make another booking, for 2 days, stay one more in Milano, when I arrived with all my group as I said 6 people, they said there were 3 bookings for 18 people in total, so terrible, when I had an email that my booking was cancelled, that is why I had to create a new one for 2 nights. I also received an email during my trip from Milano to Rome with a Welcome 2 hours before the arrival with wrong specifications how to arrive to the hotel. My mother 76 years old, has to walk all the hill to arrive to the hotel, 1 km before I decide to leave her waiting for me, and I continue to look for the hotel, without information how far it was, only the name with an arrow. Definitely, I never go back to this hotel, the pool in the picture looks so nice and it was without service. It shows me one rate and they charge me another amount. I was for an airline and my brother has a travel agency , definitely I told my brother and my colleagues never use this hotel.

No heating between 08:00-20:00h, shower water lukewarm, everything dirty and full of cobwebs. Cleaning personnel attempting to enter while I was inside sleeping (afternoon). Used soap bags on washing basin….Yes it is the economy accommodation but should be at least cleaned properly.

Not much to like there, the economy bungalow was terrible.
