To be honest, the only value of the hotel is the roof top pool.

The room is very small, 4 beds and bathroom in 20 m2, view of the sea in the room on the third floor was from the side and fairly far. Breakfast was basic, nothing super good , as it was written in the comments. We even think, that comments are written by the hotel.

Was no toilet roll but when asked was given some with no problems. We had very loud neighbours On exiting hotel kids playing with the lift so had to carry bag down stairs.

We had a family room, big, clean, quite room. Swimming pool on the roof give you spectacular views. Personnel was very supportive.The breakfasts were good. Good wifi.

The walls were extremely thin — it felt like they were made of paper. You could hear everything your neighbors were doing, which made it hard to relax. Also small room

Gorgeous Pool but it was cold. Owner and son amazing in helping our group. Easy to get to from train by bus.

Beds clean but very hard. Breakfast was not great for the price likely due to few guests.

Nice and clean room. Hotel is close to the beech and promenade. We really liked it and stopped there again on our trip.

Everything in the hotel was fine from breakfast to staff to location to parking place BUT ... the room was not soundproofed at all. 3 nights out of 6 nights I didn't sleep a wink. From noise in the corridor, to the fire alarm going off frequently (reason?) to the erotic scenes in the room next to me to the guest showering in the other room. I asked for another room, but that was not possible. Unfortunately, I will never come here again because I need my sleep, especially when you have long exhibition days.

Location is great. Pool is amazing.

There is no soundproofing in the room. You can hear snoring and talking in the next room.

poor sound insulation

Quite friendly staff, location close to the beach, nice breakfast, balcony in every room with a drying rack, decent water temperature/pressure, good shower cabin and sink.

No fridge in the room and even in the common hotel space which is a disaster because the next normal shop is located quite far away. The room is quite small. The beach is strange (stones in the water are too close to the shore and after the flood the water was muddy). Water in the pool is too cold. Walk to the city center takes about 30 minutes via a very poor pavement (mostly occupied by cyclists and sometimes by inappropriately parked cars). The bus stop is nearby but you can wait for the bus for 30 minutes as well - I don't mention the night time! Bad coffee at the reception, just a few places to eat around which are usually closed or overbooked (and this was off season in the 2nd half of September!). No heating in the room and no kettle (which makes September nights too cold). If you happen to have noisy neighbors, it will be a problem to sleep.
