You'll have to rent a bicycle, if staying here. Beach and downtown is not quite walking distance. Hotel's own bar and restaurant is probably not the top choice in Forte dei Marmi. The promoted Lido beach Club, which belongs to the same group, is for extra charge, so there is no actual benefit out of that.

Hotel's location is a bit far from everything, but it's a quiet place. Good quality bedding, we had a good sleep here. friendly staff, clean. Although being a 4 star hotel, they provide some 5-star services as turn down service, towels changed several times a day, etc. Hotel also has own vegetable garden, which is charming. There are children's playrooms both indoor and outdoor.

Very attractive hotel, set within pretty gardens, with a good sized pool and playground for children. The room was modern and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a nice balcony. The breakfast was excellent with a big buffet of fruit, ham, cheeses, croissants, pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages etc. The main restaurant was also excellent. The staff were all delightful and very helpful. There was a regular shuttle bus between the beach and the town centre; there were also bikes for hire. All in all a great holiday.

Forte di Marmi is really an expensive place so I don't think you can find an reasonably priced hotel anywhere. However for the price we paid for the hotel gym to be so bad was disappointing. In general things felt out of date.

Staff, the breakfast, and toiletries are amazing! The rooms were clean with a design of retro-vintage-modern. It is a very mellow family friendly property.

We arrived in the evening to learn that the hotel restaurant was out of order. After a long day we had to drive to a restaurant offsite and ended up eating very late. An email to the guests about this would have been easy and saved many of us the extra time and hassle. The next day there was no lunch facility for the same reason. I find this unacceptable in a property that's in the middle of nowhere. The breakfast was quite nice but at some point they ran out of eggs, ham, fresh vegetables and other supplies and did not refill them anymore. I thought this was very sad also considering the restaturant didn't work.

Location and scenery is beautiful. Very nice pool, that we could not use though as it was too cold to swim (mid September) and the pool is not heated. Our room was very nice but some people from our group ended up sleeping on folding beds. The hotel arranged a convenient transport to the airport in Pisa which we really appreciated as we did not have a car rental and the taxi prices in the area are beyond crazy.

The property is located in a very quiet part of Forte dei Marmi and sits on unusually large green grounds. The rooms were large and well appointed. All members of staff were extremely helpful and responsive to any need or request.

My bathroom had a very tiny shower box, this is really annoying, you can’t even open your arms to wash your hair without touching the wall. It’s really, really tiny and I can’t understand why.

It’s a beautiful and cozy place, the room is very well appointed, the bed is very comfy, although I found the pillows a little hard to me( but I found this during all my trip around Italy, so I think it is a pattern here). The breakfast is wonderful! Many choices of everything! Fruits, eggs, bread and croissants, cakes and muffins, whatever you think they have in breakfast! They have a restaurant and we have dinner there, the food is good and the service is high level. The hotel has a pool, places to sit around and just feel the peace in the place. It’s not close to beach but they have shuttle to city center and to beach and they have place at another hotel at the beach for their guests. So, it was a very pleasant and peaceful stay and I sure recommend the hotel for those who want peace and quiet with a great service.
