The location is terrible! Although it is near the train station, is better to go by car/taxi. Nothing will happen to you, however, it is not a nice place to walk (on weekdays, things changed a little, because in the area there are offices and universities, so there are people and movement)

In general, the Hotel is great, rooms are comfortable. We had an issue with the window but they changed the room without any issue. The personnel is awesome and very helpful.

The interior in rooms is old and needs renovation. I arrived in Naples on a weekend, since the area of ​​the hotel is a business center, after 18:00 pm it is quite dangerous to walk alone, there are police cars on duty in the hotel area. The hotel has a restaurant, you can have lunch and dinner and work without leaving the hotel.

Probably the most normal hotel in Naples. I chose it because it is an international hotel. Breakfast is good, plenty of people in the hotel during the weekdays.

We didn't check how easy it was to walk from the hotel into the centre - it's fine in the day but wouldn't recommend at night. Our error for not looking into this. Otherwise all great.

For breakfast, the options were limited to scrambled eggs, lacking the variety of poached eggs. The dessert selection left room for improvement, as there was a desire for more enticing and delectable choices.

I appreciated the complimentary minibar offered in the premium rooms, and the reception staff were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, in close proximity to the train station.

Naples in general is trashy. There is litter everywhere. Covid must have really hit this town hard. However, the Holiday Inn is trying to be better than the surrounding area indicates. The staff was outstanding.

The room in real life looks more outdated than in the photographs. Location is convenient for travel, as it is close to the train station, but it's far away from the historic parts of Naples

Check-in was awful. Only one member of staff on duty - not her fault as doing best she could but check in and check out took ages. Not a nice area of town. No where to eat accept in hotel

Excellent breakfast. Didn’t leave hotel as didn’t feel safe in the area. Fortunately hotel had excellent food options including take out to your room pizzas and ice creams etc
