The room was too small and unattractive.

If you have a limited budget then this is a perfect hotel. Its location, cleanness and staff are amazing. It is not a conventional hotel- rather an aparthotel. The rooms are way too small, noisy and unattractive but for limited budget it is perfect. I want to thank the staff- the receptionist is simply amazing!

The location was perfect, in the city center right next to the train station but not noisy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was always clean and wasn’t too small for two people.

The bed and pillows were very hard, so it took a little to get used to, and there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but there were lots of cafés nearby.

The hotel was good, the room was quiet and faced onto a court yard so no road noise. It was near lots of restaurants and bars, the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was near the train and metro station, which was handy for visiting the colessium etc.

The location was excellent for the train station & close to Santa Maria Maggiore. Also not too far from the Coliseum. There were plenty of places to eat at around us. Lucia on Reception was wonderful.

The staff were very very friendly and it has a perfect location as it was 2 mins walking to rime main train station, metro station and bus station and it have a very lovely authentic entrance.

The room is a bit small; but for one person, it was enough. I would recommend adding a phone to the reception to make things easier.

The price needs to be rationalized compared to the room size/ lift size/ facilities etc. But if you need a good location you might have to compromise on this negative point. (This will bother you especially when you have seen the big hotels with lots of space + complimentary things like gym/pool/view from the room etc.)

The location was perfect (near to station) and near to most of attraction. Provided an early check-in option which helped us in keeping our luggage. Host/Manager was good, welcoming and helpful.

Location is 2 mins from Termini Station and no more than 20 min walk to most of the main attractions. If you are just looking for somewhere to put your head down this is hotel for you. Really nice restaurants on street opposite. Like many hotels in Rome it has a Reception in alternative building then you are taken to building next door and often up elevator. There is no where to sit, options for breakfast or lounge but Iit did exactly what it said on the tin

The mattress was a bit too hard and the walls were thin. Fortunately, people were respectful and quiet, but otherwise you can hear what's happening in the next room very clearly.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They let me check in earlier. The rooms are modest but clean. The best thing was the location. At Termini you are near every bus, metro and train in Rome.

Nice room, manager very cheery. No breakfast since covid. Good location for train terminal. Unusually, had to ring Bell to get in at night and had to be in by 11!

Bed could have been more comfy. You want to make sure your bed is as comfortable as possible, even if you are staying just one night. Sheets were very clean.

Excellent location, close to all transportation and walking distance to some attractions. Rooms are kept clean and tidy, and staff is very friendly. Maria and Lucia will make sure you feel at home.

this is an old place and in need of a bit of maintenance, but the welcome from Lucia compensated for everything and she could not do enough for me, good shower, with plenty hot water, aircon and hair dryer also a fridge, nice towels. very quiet and safe.

Very warm welcome by staff, they were so helpful throughout the stay, and so efficient. A superbly decorated hotel - the entrance, the rooms - authentic.. Very good location - all essentials (bars, restaurants and of course Roma Termini) within walking distance
