This is a standard hotel with not a lot of upgrades and has seen better days.

The staff is great and makes you feel comfortable. The breakfast is good too. Nice selection of drinks in the hotel shop. Flexible room arrangements.

The hotel was under construction which caused a constant trouble with our sleep during afternoon hours due to the trembling walls and the loud workers.

The majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and the facilities really good. The room was also great with a large bed. The neighborhood quiet with lovely cafes nearby.

- The table and chairs in the room are very old and should be replaced - There is noise from other rooms in the bathroom - The bathroom shower is fixed and does not have a shower tray - Water was not charged daily

- The room was clean -The staff were polite - Breakfast was great and the breakfast service staff were good, fast and polite - Air conditioning was good - The location of the hotel was good, It was a 20-minute walk to the city center.

The air conditioning/heating system is so incredibly loud you can't sleep or be in the room while it's on. The shower has a fixed faucet which is pretty unpractical if you're not a huge basketball player.

The location is great, very close to center, 15 minute walk, the tram station is just a few steps away, too, and for a cost of one ride 1.70eur you're in the center in no time. The hotel is clean, the stuff is very nice.

We liked everything about the hotel:)

The staff were very polite and helping. The breakfast was super good. The croissants and the pancakes were delicious. There were everything you hope for in a breakfast. We had reservation for a standard room, but they told us since they will upgrade our room to superior with no cost. The upgraded superior room was absolutule beautiful , it had a roof window that looked to the sky. The room was very big and had everything wee need in it. It was very clean. The best thing about the hotel was that the people that worked in reception and the whole staff we very friendly and warm and helping always. They answered all our questions very eagerly and warmly:) Location was also very good. 15 minutes walking distance from the Duomo and 2 tram stops from the Santa Maria Novella Train Station.

Really good location close to the center of the city. Was easily accessible due to the tram station close by. The old part of the city was also within a walking distance of a couple of kilometers. The hotel had very spacious, well maintained rooms and helpful staff.

Bedroom furniture a bit worn and felt dated. Due to one-way streets and traffic flows, hotel location a bit tricky to find the first time (definitely avoid trying to find it in the dark: having a good functioning GPS system helps)

Generous and diverse breakfast offerings, bed very comfortable and bedroom very quiet, very helpful front-desk staff, located near to one of the tram lines and right near the edge of the ZTL, so walking into old-town takes little time. For some really good pizza, try Penta Bistrot three blocks away.

You didn’t get proper cups in the room, only paper ones and the furniture was quite old, worn and dated. It definitely needs an uplift.

It was within walking distance of the city and they offered a good breakfast. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

There weren’t many restaurants close by (but we gound one which was very good - The Social Club.

The room was very comfortable & the staff were very good. We would especially like to mention zMohammed who was friendly, efficient and caring. When I was struggling with a sore ankle, he gave me an ice pack & showed me where to get the lift to aboid using the stairs.

I liked the space of the room, cleanliness, organization of the staff, and the quietness of the area which was very convenient. It was amazing for my family because it had a private parking spot which was quite helpful. The breakfast was beyond amazing and it was quick to access the city through the tram which was straight close to the hotel. The movement inside the hotel was very easy and finding the hotel was so easy. My family and I enjoyed it so much.
