Nothing, all good!

The hotel is super close to the beaches, it’s just 2-3 minutes of walk to the nearest beach. Before you arrive to that beach, there is a busy street with all the shops you need (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies,..). The rooms are clean and modern, and the hotel is a smart hotel. The staff was the best thing about the hotel, they are very nice and helpful, there is always a kind attitude and making sure you are having a good time. The one thing that made me trust the hotel more was that they definitely take these reviews seriously. Before going there I read the comments where many people saying that they were not satisfied by the breakfast for it being small, and that was something they have changed. They had a really nice buffet breakfast for a cheap price. At the end of our stay, they gave us a 10% discount for incase we want to come back again, and we definitely do! If we go to Rimini again, we won’t be looking for another hotel.

We really enjoyed the overall vibe. The hotel was very pretty, and the staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was also very good. A big plus is the location itself. Whether you prefer spending time on the beach or exploring the city, it's up to you. Nothing is really far away in terms of walking distance.

The cleaning starts pretty early and you can hear it in the rooms

The hotel is located a minute away from the beach, the room looked like in the picture and there is plenty place to sit and chill outside at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you go by car I don't suggest parking in front since you have to pay 24/7 and from couple of minutes away you can find parking for 8€/day, you can ask the staff for help

What this hotel may lack in certain facilities,there’s no gym or on-site laundry, it more than makes up for in warmth, charm, and thoughtful touches that elevate the guest experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt an instant connection with the staff. The bubbly receptionist who welcomed me, whose name, regrettably, I’ve forgotten, was one of the best I’ve encountered anywhere. She wasn’t just helpful; she made me feel like a longtime friend. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality, and it truly set the tone for my stay. The hotel offers complimentary bicycles for short-term use, which was a fantastic way to explore the surrounding area. And the location itself? Unbeatable. Right in the heart of the action, with everything just a short walk or ride away. Convenience is clearly a priority here. A Starbucks-branded coffee machine is available for a quick caffeine fix, and there’s a well-stocked vending machine so you won’t find yourself stepping out late at night just for snacks or essentials. Breakfast is delightfully well-thought-out. Delivered in a neat little box, it includes a perfectly fresh croissant, some crisp cereal flakes, and other goodies. Simple, satisfying, and far more personal than a generic buffet. Overall, this hotel isn’t about bells and whistles, it’s about smart service, unbeatable location, and a level of genuine warmth that you just can’t fake. I left with a smile and every intention to return. I also left a 10/10 review on google that shows how much I loved this place and the people taking care of it and the guest.

Modern, but still homely - the staff were incredible!! So kind and friendly we literally would not change a single thing We’re avid travellers but this hotel might be our best accommodation we’ve stayed at!! And it’s barely a 2 minute walk to the beach/restaurants

The hotel was very modern and clean. Comfortable bed, great shower and plenty of space in the rooms - the balconies were an added bonus! Great location too. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much effort. A special thank you to Antonio for looking after us so well.

Hmmm! A bit of light coning through from the balcony . I guess external lights are kept on for the aesthetics, and security .

Location is perfect! 5 mins walk to the beach, 15mins walk to the centre !! Free 2hr bicycle hire. Helpful staff.

Had a fantastic stay at Homie! The room was just like in the photos—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bedsheets were fresh, the pillows were great, and the bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. What really made the experience even better was Antonio, the hotel manager—he was always there whenever needed anything. All in all, a stay that’s totally worth it. Would definitely come back!
