Normal old rooms. Broken bathroom cubical. Air-condition which does not gets colder then 25° degree. Breakfast very okayish and the coffe was super bad .

It seems like the bathroom may require a thorough cleaning. We had left a towel on the floor, intending to replace it, but when we returned, we found it still there and moved behind the door. Additionally, we had to switch bedrooms at the start of our stay due to one of the beds being unbalanced as it was missing a leg, which was replaced with a piece of lamp. This made us think that the area under the bed may not have been cleaned in a while. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was not up to par. There were too few portions of bread, yogurt, and fruit, leaving guests who came in the 2nd hour of serving the breakfast hungry. We were disappointed when we waited for 15 minutes for a fresh serving of eggs, only to be informed that they had already reached their "egg limit" for the day and could not serve anymore. This information was not communicated to us earlier and we felt misled. We commented about the breakfast at the reception. Still, at that moment, the only person (covering the breakfast service and reception) was busy with the check-out of guests, so our requests were not fulfilled. As a result of the shortage of staff, it took nearly 20 minutes for new food to be brought out. Furthermore, the dining area was cluttered with dirty dishes from previous guests, making the overall breakfast experience disappointing. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the expectations set by the advertising photos.

The accommodation is conveniently situated close to the metro station, taking only 20 minutes to get to the city center, and nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. Our experience was pleasant overall, with particularly accommodating staff who were helpful when we requested a room change.

I think there's a construction site just behind the hotel so there was a bit of an unusual noise

I actually like the location of the hotel,the receptionist and the hotel rooms were quite comfy .The TV wasn't functioning for some reasons but aside, it was all fun

The CONs are subjectives because are based on my experiences/expectations: - a bit noisy for me (i live in the woods) as hotel is near 4 lanes road + suprateran metro. - breakfast was ok but i expected to be more diverse ( what you see in the pictures uploaded by hotel is what you get, nothing more) - no slippers (i didn't expect that a 4* hotel to not provide this)

The central heating was on unnecessarily and it was not possible to control as was the AC. The only way to achieve a tolerable temperature was to open the windows and put up with the traffic noise. An extra pillow would have been welcome.

1. The first room we checked into smelt of cigarettes however the lady at reception happily placed us into a different room. 2. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast but there are a number of Cafes around the hotel vicinity.

I have been in hotels with 1 or 2 stars and the bathroom was not like in this conditions. The ceiling was leaking and I was afraid to enter in the bathroom. We did the check-in and immediately went outside. We didn't see the bathroom. When we came at the hotel was around midnight and was to late to ask for room change. I don't know how you can accommodate guest in this kind of room! I can say it was my worst experience ever!
