The bed was very confortable but i was annoyed by the choice of the sheets. I explain myself : the bed duvet was only protected by two layers of sheets (one above the bed duvet and one under) instead of being slept in a specific slipcover. That was my only issue during my stay

The staff very kind and welcoming, and pro. The 24/7 open reception. The wifi works well. The location, very close to the Vatican which is perfect for very early visits. The room was very clean. The price was fair (i reserved 6 months in advance)

You could hear the people next door.

The location is great, within walking distance from the vatican. The staff were very kind to help us find a cab at 3am in the morning on new year’s day!

Location: near bus stops, Vatican 10min walking, metro ~9min. Look like safe area Reception: 24h, worked well for late check-in and early check out, also helped with taxi booking, can stay key from room on reception and do not worry that it will be stolen As other wrote, try sushi in cafe near hotel, the best sushi ever

The walls are paper thin, for 2 nights in a row I was woken up at 4-5am to someone knocking heavily on a neighbours door and yelling, My quality of sleep was poor and i felt quite uncomfortable.

Being within walking distance to the vatican, the decor was lush and beds was comfy.

To say something, the toilet sounds too much and for too long when you flush.

Breakfast was ok but limited in options, and can become quite monotonous if staying for more than a couple of days.

Friendly personnel. Quite clean rooms with adequate space. The windows were sound proof. Good location to reach Vatican, and other sights if you aren't hesitant to walk. Otherwise, there is a Metro station in about a 10 minute walk.

The bathroom was a bit old fashioned,and the curtain shower could be replaced.

The family room has a bad odor coming from the bathroom and lots of mosquitos in the room and lobby. The day receptionist initially told us just to transfer to another hotel coz they can't accommodate us with two rooms since we refused to stay and complained about the issue in their family room. But he, later on, accommodated us so we stayed the rest of our booking.

The new rooms that we were transferred to are nice and clean. Breakfast is good and the staffs (breakfast crew and cleaning crew) were very nice and helpful. The location is ok, near the Vatican.

The shower over the bath is a little awkward for me due to knee replacements.

The hotel is a little bit quirky with drums as side tables and lots of instruments as decorations. I loved this. The location is also great with lots of local eateries.

there was just some slight smell from the general water sewage system which needs to be checked — it‘s not always bad but it‘s typical i suppose for older italian buildings…and maybe also due to the garden balcony, there are a few mosquitoes (i suppose this is only in the summer) which the staff informed us early on — and it wasn‘t too many so it did not really bother us.

good location, just about 10 minutes walk to the vatican and with easy access to shops and various restaurants along the way…the family room we had was spacious, comfortable, with a big modern bathroom and access to a private garden balcony…breakfast was simple but sufficient to start the day, and coffee is good…the place is also clean…the best part is the staff, all nice, welcoming, helpful and provides information needed…and of course the price is quite reasonable considering the location and amenities :)

The shower was a bit too small.

The location is excellent, close to the Vatican and close to the metro station, from which you can directly reach almost all the main attractions. To be fair, this is more of a two-star hotel than a three-star one, considering the size of the room and everything it offers, but it's still very pleasant.
