I prefer the coffee in the cafe instead of the machine in the breakfast area

Very nice staff (very helpfull with every question and always a perfect solution) nicely modern decorated hotel, perfect location in the village ans skilifts, good size room and bonus was the sauna

Top floor, great view but bathroom was for tiny people. Had to stoop to avoid head trauma

Super friendly staff, manager very professional - a great guy. Breakfasts were excellent, room was quiet.

We arrived very late (midnight) and they were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was outstanding and the rooms were clean and modern. Matteo was very helpful with advice to us. The location and parking was very convenient. Great value.

My single room shared wall with elevator's shaft so it was a bit noisy during "busy" hours. Almost nobody used elevator after midnight till early morning hours, so it was pretty much ok. Ski room is a bit small and when hotel is full you may not have ski boots dryer available - I would say having designated ski locker per room will work better

Very central location, nice personnel including gentleman at reception and ladies in the breakfast room. Always ready to help with restaurant bookings as well as giving useful recommendations about town/skiing. Good heating in the room and nice view from the spacious balcony :-) One night when I was browsing internet in the lobby area I was offered shot of grappa - very nice touch! :-) There is a Arnica Bar conveniently located in the hotel, so you can have coffee/wine/food without leaving the building.

    Rained most of the time!

Immediate offer to dry clothes after arriving from walks when soaked. Made sure I had plenty to eat and drink before I moved on to next centre.

The rooms are a little sparse of comforts for a B&B. Could do with a kettle and a mini fridge in the rooms.

The location is about as central as you can get for Skibus, supermarket, cashpoint, car park, 3-4 ski lifts very close, ski rental shops etc

The breakfast was tasty, nevertheless kind of monotonous.

Staff was very helpfull and wellness was just amazing. Best located 3 stars hotel in Madonna!
